Mattheo Riddle - When you get your period (sweet)

-You and Mattheo have been dating for about 2 months now. You have a healthy relationship but you are embarrassed when you get your period. Even though you know he would say it's all normal, you're just not used to talking about it with anybody. The first time you got your period, you just hid it and made sure he didn't find out, but this time you weren't so lucky.-

Last night, you were crying. You weren't completely sure why, but Mattheo comforted you anyway. He was there and held you. He stayed the night and held you as you both fell asleep.

Y/n's POV:

I wake up next to Mattheo. He looks so peaceful and I don't want to wake him, but I need to go to the bathroom so I sneak out of the covers and quietly slip into the bathroom, closing the door carefully. But when I'm in there, I realise I got my period. Oh no.

The sheets are going to need changing. But Mattheo's in my bed. How am I going to get him out of the bed? And I can't use magic on them while he's in it. I'll ask him to do something for me that requires him leaving my dorm. That'll work.

I quickly clean myself up, then used my wand and removed the blood from my pyjamas.

Then I go to wake Mattheo, but he's already awake.

He smiles when he sees me come out of the bathroom. I don't think he's noticed the sheets. Good. I need to get him out of here.

'Morning, Princess,' he says. Ugh, his morning voice is so hot.

'Morning,' I reply. Ok now to put the plan into action. 'Hey, have you seen my claw clip?' (I know I left it in his dorm the other day). 'I wanted to wear it but I can't find it.'

'Yeah, I have, it's in my dorm. Do you want me to go get for you?' Perfect. Omg I can't believe that actually worked!

'That would be great, thanks!'

'No worries. I'll be back soon, love.' He kisses my forehead before leaving for his dorm. Quickly, I use magic to clean the sheets, but I still get fresh ones just in case. I had just remade the bed when I hear him knock on the door. Perfect timing.

Mattheo's POV:

I wake up to Y/n closing the bathroom door. I stretch, and doing so moves the covers. I notice a red spot on the sheets and realise she must've gotten her period. We've been dating for 2 months now, meaning she hid the last one from me. I don't want that. I want her to feel comfortable around me, deliberately coming to me, asking for help. I want to be that person for her.

So I have a plan. I just need an excuse to leave so I can put it into action.

Then I see her coming out of the bathroom. Her hair is messy in the best way and her eyes are bright. I smile. She's so perfect, I don't know how I got so lucky.

'Morning, Princess.'

'Morning. Hey have you seen my claw clip? I wanted to wear it but I can't find it.' Her claw clip is in my dorm. That's perfect!

'Yeah, I have, it's in my dorm. Do you want me to go get it for you?'

'That would be great, thanks!'

'No worries. I'll be back soon love.' I kiss her on the forehead and head to my dorm.

Once I'm there, I quickly get to work. I grab a bag and open a box from under my bed. My secret stash of chocolate. There's a Black Forest block of chocolate, milk Lindt balls and a big Easter bunny that I was saving.

All hers now.

I chuck them in the bag and grab my drink bottle, using my wand to heat up the water inside. Then I grab the fluffiest blankets I can find and wrap it up in them, adding it all to the bag. Finally, I grab some DVDs. I don't understand Muggles, but I must admit, movies was a pretty good invention. Except when they made Harry Potter. Most of that didn't happen, and I'm not even in it! Like what the heck?!

I grab the DVD anyway because I know she loves the movies and making fun of how I'm not even in it will cheer her up. Funny how she forgets she's also not in it..

I rush out of my dorm, then stop in my tracks. I forgot the claw clip. I quickly grab it, then run back to her dorm. I knock on the door and she opens it.

Y/n's POV:

I open the door but am confused when I see he's also got a bag with him.

'What's that?' I ask, as he hands me the claw clip.

'I know you've got your period, love.' I freeze. He must've seen the sheets. My cheeks start to go red from embarrassment and I look away, but his hand reaches out and turns my face back to him. 'Don't be embarrassed,' he says, 'I want you to be able to talk to me about these things. And I wanted to help, so I brought you these.

He opens the bag and I see everything that's in it. I stand there in shock. He really does care about me, doesn't he? And he knows me well. I will eat all that chocolate by the time we've finished watching the first 3 Harry Potter movies.

I throw my arms around him and he holds me tight. 'Thank you, Mattheo. You really didn't need to do this.'

'Oh, but I did, my love. I want everything to be perfect for you, and if I can make even one day better, I'll do it.' His words filled my heart. I really couldn't ask for anyone better.

We spent the whole day just watching movies and cuddling... and I ate all the chocolate before Dobby was even introduced as a character..
