Alec wasn't even stopping her from smirking at me. What did earth do to her? Arsine was so easy to manipulate, but HER?! She would be my nightmare for the rest of my life. When her gaze broke away from the general area of where Danny was hiding, and tried to focus on what Arsine was saying, she seemed off. That's when the arrow shot through he window, directly for Celine's heart. All she did was raise her hand and the arrow collapsed on the floor, oozing poison out of the broken tip. She stared at it a long time. When she finally looked up, she looked terrified. Good. With those weird powers, she'll be kicked out of the city in no time!
