Chapter 5 : An unexpected alliance

Calia had left Villana seeing that she did'nt find any of her sisters there . So her next stop was Balonia , Balonia was a country of music and of the arts . A talented country filled with musicians and artists . But Balonia was strange its leader had dissapeared a about a year ago from the country without a trace some speculated she died and some said she left and fled to Torren , a neighboring country aswell . Balonia currently had no house or

Any political group of royalty but only its royal court and local governments . Maybe their leader fled because of the civil wars happening all around the nation left and right and maybe they got a little afraid of the rising outrage of the public they fled . Calia was a bit tired and was pretty worn out from searching Villana but she shook it off anyway . Along her travel to balonia in the midst of the spurce forest she saw a blue feather stuck on a tree but told her self it was just a large colorful bird thats feathers got stuck on the trees . But it was odd that the feather was quite a bit big too big for a small blue bird . And then more

And more feathers started appearing on the trees and also broken branches and other trees aswell . Then she saw it again , the blue azure bullet ampitheire huddled and nestled in the broken branches and trees . It seems.. dead ? But then its wing moved slighty signaling it was alive

And hurt . Calia slowly dismounted her horse and drew her sword while slowly approching the creature it frolicked a bit and made Calia step back a little . Fear slowly seeped in Calias mind but ignored it for the sake of the situation.

Calia reached the resting ampitheire and quickly it tried to stand up to attack Calia but its wing had a tight net secured around its left wing . The ampithere realized it was the same woman that freed it from its bounds in Villana where it was supposed to be slaughtered the creature remianed calm and understood Calias actions and settled

Calia then saw the left wing with a net on it and understood the creatures call of help and cut the net on its wing while the ampithere laid there and watched in patience and as Calia finished cutting the nets off the creature slowly stood up and faced Calia
She slowly drew her sword and prepared it just in case

Right when the creature was about to attack Cozzos came out of thin air and swooped down in front of Calia and went in a defensive position extending his wings , frills , and membranes to make himself more larger and more intimidating

Cozzos let out a loud scream like roar sounding like a large lizard the ampitheire was a bit overwhelmed  and backed down Cozzos looked behind to check on Calia then the beast behind lunged in to Cozzos
He then broke free and flew fast into the air and Calia yelled for Cozzos to spit fire and then he did

A burst of a cloud of smoke and fire spew out of Cozzos mouth A a bit hellish red flames flew into the skies as the harsh battle began the ampithere  quickly dodged the attack then Cozzos came down and landed by Calias side while the other dragon was still recovering from the attack frolicking in the air Calia leaped out and landed on Cozzos back and held onto his dorsal spikes .

The ampitheire then focused on attacking Calia and Cozzos it flew down and Cozzos dodged and leaped into the air .

The battle was fierce and lasted for 45 minutes
Calia almost passed out but still held on while Cozzos flew into the air . Calia felt fear but trusted Cozzos while he flew and spit fire and flame until finally Cozzos hit a vital spot of the ampitheire and it crashed near the trees Cozzos flew down and Calia drew her sword in case it would still attack but no.
