Soon I will have to choose which university I want to go to,
so I planned to get up early at 05:30 and wear my best clothes,
Unfortunately I got out of bed at 07:30 and put on clothes that were thrown on the floor. gray hoodie and dark jeans,
Lucas and I usually go to school together and talk about people we don't like,
But Lucas is sick so I went alone,
I arrived at school at 08:00 and everything looked the same except for the principal's office which had a sign hanging on the door that read
"Talk to us, we'll listen to you." What nonsense, the only thing the manager will do is give people detention for falling asleep in classes,
I finished school after a few hours and returned home, I remembered that I forgot to return a book to the library so I returned to school
, It was rainy and smelled of mud, I almost got to the library but then I saw a group of students talking about some book that a student had written, they said that she had written all their secrets and threatened to spread the book, I couldn't see who they were because it was so dark, just when I wanted to go home and not get involved I saw Lucas, one of my best friends, I could recognize him because he had light hair and he was wearing a white shirt,
I took a few steps back and hid behind a bush to call Lucas without being heard,I called him and he answered,
I thought to myself what am I supposed to do now? To tell him
"Hey Luke, just so you know, I saw you and other students talking about your secrets"?
I remembered that he didn't come to school because he was "sick" so I said I would send him what we learned, Then I asked him"If you are sick, why are you outside in the rain? You can hear the raindrops through the phone"
He didn't answer me, he just hung up.
At least he didn't lie to me this time.
I went back home because it was too much for me to understand,
Just when I got to my street I saw him,
I saw Lucas staring at me with sad eyes,What does he have to be sad about? I'm the one who lied to her,
