Serena's P.O.V.

"Tut, tut my dear mate. You really should control your temper if you want OUR child to have a mother, don't you."

"Get to the point you arrogant bastard! I have seriously had enough of you. Why can't you just leave me-"

"Because you are mine, Serena. I own you and my daughter. You both belong to me and their is nothing you can do to prohibit me from keeping you here. Finally, you will never leave me!" He laughed and it sounded strangled. I guess he really was insane, oh well. I have no regrets.

"Hmmm... We will see about that." I stated. "I've been wanting to try this" i mumbled under my breath. With that said, i looked inside of myself, searching for the power that lay beneath.

I could feel it. I could feel it as it pulsed through my veins. It was like the warmth of a hot shower, surrounding me in peaceful calmness. Its song, its sweet melody, called to me, instructing me on what i must do.

"Ahhh, the feeling of power. Athenia, look into yourself, look into your soul. It will tell you what to do." I whispered, using my own magic to put a shield around us.

With my eyes closed, i searched my mind for images of past dreams about Athenia. I looked toward the emotions each caused within me and i began to smile. I then quickly took Athenia's hand.

"Follow me and where our hearts combine. With our magic we will be free, this i promise you Athenia. If it is the last thing i do, i will save you." I murmured.

With my eyes still closed, i started walking.

'Help me Goddess. Do we deserve the chains they have wrapped us in? Will you not save my daughter, family, and i? Please.'

'I never thought you would beg child, all you had to do was ask.' Said a voice, softly, soothingly.

As i continued walking i could feel the shackle snap open and then wither to dust.

I smiled, opening my eyes.

Rannon ( Drake's Wolf ) P.O.V.

Through Drake's eyes i have been watching my mate. She is so beautiful, as well as her human.

I also believe he has gone mad. Who else would use the witch's shackle to keep their 'loved ones' from leaving? He must be insane to also try to take her family away from her. Even i know this when i want to know my daughter and siblings.

Sometimes, well everyday, i ask myself why the moon goddess paired us up. He is so selfish while i want whats best for her.

Either way, i need to take control of him soon or break our bond before he breaks Selena's heart. Or our daughter's.

Lets just hold on and hope he won't take too long to overpower.

Hey peeps! Sorry for the late

update! I just got back to school from

vacation and it was awsome.

The only thing i want to expound on

is the fact of my soccer game! I

stopped a PK ( Penalty Kick) which in

itself is amazing! Goal keepers have a

10% chance of blocking it so YAY!
