She is in front of him, As his laid eyes on her donning a stunning black Abaya with a khimar veiling her face caused his heart to quicken.

He couldn't help but lower his gaze, feeling a rush of emotions swirling within him.

"Don't you seem alright?" Luna questions leading him to drift out of her owning over his mind.

As he attempts to find the right words to communicate with her, feeling a wave of confusion wash over him.

His heart flutters as the reason he came here is just to see, His Sukoon.

"I have a headache in my stomach—" his tongue slips, uttering something he didn't intend to, a wave of embarrassment washed over as he quickly corrected,"I mean, I have a headache."

"This way" Luna guides as he follows her steps obediently, entering the cabin, he keeps his gaze lowered and sits on the patient’s chair noticing her step out for a moment.

Aziel reaches into his pocket, fingers brushing against the bunches cigarette and pulls out the thin stick taking it to his lips, lighting it with a flick of his lighter.

The first drag filled his lungs with smoke, and he exhaled slowly, watching the gray tendrils curl into the air.

Luna hurries through the bustling hallways, searching for the senior doctor to attend to him, but every room she entered was occupied with patients or staff caught up in their duties.

Frustration began to creep in as she realized she wouldn’t find anyone available right away.

Returning to him, she spots Aziel with the cigarette, and an immediate wave of disgust washes over her.

The sight of him inhaling smoke made her stomach churn, and without thinking, she impulsively glares at him while he catches the look and figures out what is disturbing her as he quickly tosses the cigarette into the nearby dustbin.

She, still disgusted by his behaviour, gently examines the injury on his head. With practiced hands, she places a few medications on the affected area, hoping to provide him some relief.

"You can leave now,"

return my soul, and I will.

Hearing her words, he looks up, In the moment, her olive green eyes meet his gray ones, and nothing else existed.

"Why were you crying?" He inquires gently, touching her soul with his eyes.

"I'm sorry what?"

"Your eyes have turned red, swollen and kind of puffy, now tell me why were you crying?" He repeats his question gaining her attention as she nervously fidgets her fingers.

"It's nothing, and I think you should leave now." saying her words she walks to the exit and leaves.

He sits in silence for a few seconds.

He opens his eyes, rose up from his place as he turns toward the exit and a thought walks in his mind.

yahi se guzri thi na abhi wo?

A smile curved on his lips as he walks through the long corridors of the hospital, his footsteps echoing sharply in the corridor.

Slowly, the voices faded into an eerie silence, leaving only the sound of Aziel's shaky breath echoing in the darkness.

The path ahead grew darker, as if the shadows were stretching out to engulf him.

With each hesitant step, the depth of the darkness seemed to pull him further into an abyss.
