Soren (Angel) Romano, grumpy and mysterious lead singer and guitarist of "The Morning" is aware of the fact that every band has good and bad press, but doesn't understand when a popular tabloid bashes them for being misogynistic.
When this causes the band to take a huge dip in streams, they have to find a hot fix: a new member.
Weslie Evans, the witty and sarcastic university student is ecstatic when she gets the opportunity of a lifetime to be the band's new lead singer. The Morning's new "Hot Fix" clashes with Romano when she takes his position.
They aren't quiet about their dislike for each other.
All this tension leads to the two striking a deal. No feelings, just sex, and don't let it affect "The Morning."
