I looked in the mirror to see my straight black hair and my chocolate brown eyes.
This wasn't me.
Slowly, I reached up and slid off my black wig, releasing my luscious brown hair. Once again, I reached up and pulled out my colored contact lenses to show my piercing green- blue eyes.
Ever since I was in kindergarten, I was bullied because everyone was jealous of me. They would always pick on me and try and chop my hair off and etcetera.
I finally had enough of all the bullying in first grade and moved to a different school, using a wig and contact lenses to hide my true identity.
And after all these years of keeping my identity a secret, I was ready to face the world without my disguise. Tomorrow I would start to show my real self to the world.
I was sure I wanted this.
Once I become a model, nobody would recognize me from anywhere, only my brothers. I was thankful that now I could start a new life and forget about the past.

I was balancing on the top stair of the staircase as I anxiously thought about what I was doing right now.
I was certain that I wanted this, that I wanted to show the world my real identity.
After taking one last breath, I slowly descended the staircase and cautiously walked into the living room.
I felt all five pairs of eyes land on me as I sat down on the couch next to Nate.
"Uh, um. You know. What happened to your wig?" William was the first to speak after the long held silence.
"I took it off." I shrug as if it was no big deal because I really didn't want to have an argument about this today or ever.
"Uh, you sure you wanna go out like this?"
"Yep." I said, popping the 'p'.
"So, where you headed anyways?" Tyler asked, texting someone on his phone.
"I'm going to a club and getting drunk." I said, my voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Seriously though, where you headed?" Tyler asked again, putting down his phone this time.
"Shopping." Oh please, I beg, I hope Nate won't make me go with one of them.
"Great, Tyler, go with her, would you?" Nate stated and we both knew that it wasn't up for debate.
"But Nate!..." I whined, hoping that maybe he would let me go alone today.
"Nope. This is not up for debate Isabella." Ugh, typically Nate for you guys.
"Can't Ryan, Will or Josh go though?" It seemed like Tyler had plans of the day, oh well though, I did as well.
All the other guys turned around, pretending that they couldn't hear Tyler and trying to avoid going to the mall with me today. Was I really that bad of company to go with? Oh well, they can suck it up and be the boys they are.
"I don't really care who goes with her, as long as one of you guys do." Nate stated, taking out his phone out of his back pocket and picking up a phone call.
"Fine. I'll go with you sis." I looked back at Ryan and I gave him a wide grin. He gave me a thumbs up back and then walked up to Tyler.
"You owe me one." He whispered to Tyler, hoping that I couldn't hear but I could so I just rolled my eyes at him.
"Come on, let's go." He said, grabbing his set of keys off of the coffee table and swinging it from his index finger like he owned the world or something.
