*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

My alarm began to chime as I rolled over in bed, I grabbed my phone and read the time.

7:00 AM

I yawned as I began to sit up
"Today I start my first shift as a lifeguard." I thought to myself as I stumbled out of bed. Eventually I was able to wash my face and put on my uniform, when I went to get breakfast I saw Zane waiting for me, he is my ride afterall.

"Look who's finally awake." Zane looked Like he's been waiting for some time

"Oh shut it Zane!" I said while smiling

"Yeah, yeah...." Zane scoffed

I put on a smirk before going to grab some cereal, but before I could Zane explained he already poured me some.

"Oh, Thank you Zane!"

"Don't mention it." It felt like Zane was muttering something, but he stopped before I could figure out what he was saying

"Did you say something?" I asked confused

"Well... it's just.." Zane paused before continuing "Just forget it, its nothing."

"Are you sure? It doesn't sound like mothing.." I said while tilting my head

Zane sighed before finally telling me
"I just don't think you should work as a lifeguard with.. that guy."

I paused. "How could I already forget?" Zane hates Ein.
He thinks that Ein is only a lifeguard for attention and so called "bad news."

"Zane"
Zane looked at me for a second before he turned his head away
"Look.. I know you don't like Ein, But can't you give him a chance? He's a great lifeguard! And I'm really excited to work with him"

Zane looked at me annoyed before dropping the conversation

*AFTER BREAKFAST/CAR RIDE*

Once we reached the beach I opened the door and told Zane to pick me up at 6PM before I stepped out of the car. While walking I tied my hair in a ponytail and, for the first time ever,
officially clocked in.

I was in my lifeguard chair when i noticed her, Aphmau was walking around the beach. I assume she was looking for me, so I jumped out of my chair and went to greet her

"Aph!!" I exclaimed

She looked shocked for a second until she realized it was me.

"Ein!! You scared me!" She said as she nudged me in a joking manner

"Aahh cmon, I'm not that ugly!" I said while smiling

Aphmau giggled before rolling her eyes at me.

"So.. what should we do first?"

"Hmm.."
I took a minute to think of what we could do that didn't involve us splitting up, I barely got to spend time with her because of that masked guy. I'm glad he wasn't here, he was starting to annoy me. After what felt like an eternity I thought of something

"I think i have an idea.."

"The floors yours"
she said Intrigued.

"You've heard of swimming supervisors, right?" I said with a growing smirk

this was perfect.
Not only would we get to spend time together, this job is something easy that shouldn't have any huge problems that can split us up!

Aphmau took a second to think before giving her answer

"I believe so.. they watch people swim to make sure they are okay, right?"

"Bingo"

SORRY FOR A SHORTER CHAPTER!! But to clear up any confusion:
Ein is the omega wolf still but aph isn't aware of that yet!
I'm trying to capture normal eins obsessive personality in this au (But ALOT more tame and WAAYY less weird!!)
I tried to keep there personalitys as close to cannon on the video but please let me know if I mess it up!!
