"There's a Curse here." Yue sighs, walking over to a tree growing from the sidewalk and leaning backwards until it dug into her spine. Sliding down into a sitting position she stares at the run-down building with tired green eyes. Acid burned at the back of her throat with every breath as the malicious Cursed Energy permeated the area.
"Nah, really? I just thought the oppressive atmosphere was my depression finally getting out of hand." She snarked, leaning her head back and closing her eyes. She breathed through her nose, grimacing at the way it ate at her own Cursed Energy every time. She didn't remember it being this bad before- was it because she was Sukuna's Vessel now? Or maybe because she remembered? Either way, Yue already didn't like it a lot.
"You LIAR! This isn't even Roppongi!" Nobara yelled, pointing at Gojo with a scowl. Yue opened an eye lazily, rolling her head so she could better see the ginger.
"I told you not to trust him. We're here on official business, not tourism." Nobara twisted her neck to look at her, and Yue just shrugged helplessly at her angry face. "Hey. Take it up with Jolly Giant over there. I've done my part, and I'm gonna be right here taking a well deserved nap."
"Ugh. I can see why your default is bitch if you have to deal with this all the time." Nobara muttered, slumping her shoulders for a moment before placing her hands on her hips in determination. "But, the faster we do whatever it is we need to- the faster we can go to ACTUAL Roppongi!!" She squeals, then coughs. "So. What are we doing here?"
"There's a big cemetery nearby. The double whammy of that and the abandoned building has brought out a pret-ty nasty curse." Yue did NOT like where this was heading.
"So, do they pop up more often around graves like Yūrei or Onryō or...?" She trailed off, ripping up a leaf that she found next to her knees.
"The problem isn't the cemetery itself. It's how people associate cemeteries with fear, death, sadness and grief." Megumi answered, glancing at her from the corner of his eyes and watching as she nodded absentmindedly, focusing entirely on tearing the leaf into perfect halves. It was almost...adorable.
"Oof. Same for school too then?" He just nods, knowing somehow that she would know he did.
"Do you not know this?" Nobara rolled her eyes, walking over to Yue and standing over her with a frown. The teen tilts her head up, heavy lidded green eyes scanning the ginger slowly.
"Girl. I'm gonna tell you this right now so we don't have any problems down the road." Well that didn't sound good. "I got introduced to this whole shit-show just about two days ago now, and that was only because I ate Sukuna's Cursed Finger to save Blue-Eyes over there." Yue gestures harshly with her thumb before continuing. "I am literally the newest newbie, to ever be new. So you have fun with that building while I sit here and pretend to be a flower, because flowers don't HAVE problems and I'd like to not have any for a while."
