18 - Play Fighting

Y/N Pov

It took me a moment to realise what I had said, I went to speak but laughed unsure "You know what, I think I just did? I mean i'm not sure seeing as you and Tara are the only two girls I actually know" I say confused with myself, "the only thing I know is I tried killing you and not Tara so..." I said making her lightly chuckle "Yeah I guess but think of it this way, whatever happens, it happens" she says I nod yawning, "alright now back to sleep with ya" she said walking over to the hammock climbing onto it, "Hey.." I mumble, "hm?" she glances over "Thanks" I say softly "Anytime Y/N i'm always here" she says and with that we both fell asleep.

It had now been a whole month since I was stung and cured and I wasn't limping anymore but my stomach still hurt quite a bit, but a lot had happened, Tara, Teresa and I made more space inside of the tree house and they moved in fully so us girls now all had a place away from the boys where we spent most nights having girl nights up here together.

I finally got to go back to jobs and helping out doing my own fair share which made me feel great, Alby and Minho wanted me to become a runner after everything but turned the offer down for the time being wanting to make sure I was completely ready to be, Teresa and Tara both had some memories over the last couple weeks and found out they are actually sisters which explained a lot, and to the facts they were born months apart I believe the term is called Irish twins which I thought was cool I was happy for them.

But today we have a day off, so we all headed to lake in the woods like we always use to, Tara was the first one there jumping in with me behind her "Y/N! Come on! Jump already!" she yelled as everyone else arrived at the bottom waiting in the water, I hadn't noticed Teresa wasn't down there but was sneaking up from right behind me, until she all a sudden embraced me in her arms throwing us both off the edge and into the water.

We resurfaced laughing after I had noticed "Hey!" I said splashing her with water in the face "Ok ok I deserve that" she chuckled as we continued play fighting with the water the boys watching us and eventually a massive water fight broke out among us.

Thomas and Newt were fighting in the water after Thomas had pushed Newt in after he was scared to jump from the tree most of use had used to get higher "awww what's wrong, is Newty angy" he smirked "Shut up" Newt huffs, disappearing into the water, Thomas looks at us girls "where did he go?" he asks we all shrug, suddenly he is lifted and flipped back into the water by Newt, we all laugh the seeing Minho get out of the water drying off.

"Hey guys, I have to go, I have to get ready for tomorrow" he said we all wave and go back to the water when he leaves, the boys and Tara are wrestling and play fighting in the water and I swim myself over to a log in the water sitting on it kicking my legs in the water when all of a sudden I get dragged off by my leg into the water, I reach the top after being dragged under by the foot gasping for air turning to see Teresa surface with a huge wide smirk on her face.

"You bitch" I yell playfully putting a hand on the log, she bursts out laughing as do the boys and Tara, I glare at Teresa playfully planning my revenge on her, I went to splash her but she dodged swimming backwards "I'll get you back don't you worry" I say ensuring she know that I will, we continue messing around for the next few hours there.

 The boys look up at the sky and then climb out the water followed by Tara "Alright it's starting to get late, Alby doesn't like us out here too long" Thomas said, the boys and Tara wave leaving myself Teresa in the water a little longer, the sun had just gone behind the wall and myself and Teresa traded looks "We should head back to the treehouse, Tara will be waiting for us" Teresa says I nod, we both climb out and dry off.

"I have an idea" she says as she climbs out first helping me after "Oh, what would that be?" I asked her "How about a race" she said my eyes glowed at the idea "To the tree house?" I asked she nodded "Yep, I'll win" she says I shake my head "no you won't I will" I say, we both take off racing through the forest to the tree house, I duck behind a tree ahead of her because I was winning the race she headed my way and just as she was about to pass I went to tackle her but I missed landing on my stomach wincing a bit she helped me up "You almost got me!" she said trying not to laugh at me "You did scare the shit out of me though" she admitted we sat there awkwardly in silence for a few seconds she was sat on my wait I felt my body temperature rise "I uhm.." I go as we both realise the position were sat in "right" she coughs letting go of my wrists as she lends a hand helping me up off of the floor, we both awkwardly laugh, "We should uhh, yano go" I say grabbing my towel as we walk the nice scenic route to the tree house where we  met Tara at the top "Did something happen with you two girls?" she asked eyeing us suspiciously.
