The red-haired werewolf, Mingyu, avoided his gaze as he entered San's house with the lunch tray, "Where do you want it?"

Yeosang walked up to him, "I'll take it."

He almost stumbled back to avoid him, "No! Stay there" he froze and then backed away, "Are you okay?"

"I don't want my smell to get on you" Yeosang was surprised, "San threatened to rip off my skin if I came close to you and meant it, I had never seen him this crazy about a man and he had never marked one before either. Just tell me where you want this and I'll get out of here."

He nodded toward the bar that divided the living room from the kitchen. He moved quickly, put her on top of her and fled. The door closed behind him, Yeosang raised his eyebrows, at least he didn't feel afraid and that was a big improvement since he had been worried about the idea of being alone with the boy. The smell of the food made him come closer. The bar downstairs had an excellent cook, and he sat down and began to eat the burger and fries that had been brought to him. He sniffed the dark drink and recognized it, raspberry flavored iced tea, he took a sip, he had almost finished all his food when something crashed against the door.

His spine tensed, his attention focused on her and his heart began to race, suddenly it opened wide and San stumbled inside of him. Seeing his torn shirt, the blood on his cheek and on his arms, Yeosang became alarmed. He stood up so quickly that the stool crashed to the floor, and he realized he had more blood as his stunned gaze slid down his body. Dark red stains stained his pants and his hair was a mess.

He looked at him with wolf-shaped eyes, "I'm fine, don't worry, I need a shower."

"What happened?"

"I met the rogues who broke into your apartment" he shrugged, "They wouldn't listen to me, but they won't threaten you anymore."

Yeosang gaped at him, "You..."

"Did I fight to death? Yes" he replied quietly, "I told you I would kill to protect you, now I'll be back" he limped to the bathroom.

"You are injured."

"I'll be fine."

He didn't even look at him, he just walked into the other room, closed the door firmly behind him and in less than a minute, he heard the shower water running. The food churned inside his stomach, San had killed someone for him. The fact that he had said rogues in plural made him feel even worse, he might have had to kill more than one. He longed to go after him to make sure he wasn't really too hurt, but the closed bathroom door assured him he wouldn't be welcome. Indecision left him standing there feeling helpless.

The front door suddenly opened again, but this time a woman entered. She stopped when she saw Yeosang, they looked at each other. The woman looked about forty years old, she had long, dark, waist-length hair and black eyes. Her lips parted, her fangs flashed, and a snarl came from her mouth.

"You!"

Fear gripped Yeosang, "Who are you?"

"I'll break you" the woman's face began to transform and he had no doubt about her wolf genes, "I'm going to kill you."

Instinct took over and panic hit Yeosang, he ran towards safety, towards San. He hit the bathroom door, hard enough to break the doorknob and smash it against the wall, and he grabbed the shower door without thinking, opened it, and jumped out.

San turned his body around and was barely able to contain the shock. The woman's threatening growl made him turn again, to place Yeosang between his body and the wall, raise a hand and hit the chest of the woman who was charging towards them.
