Slowly backing up off the floor from my step dad . He had slapped me on the ground . He did this to me often , so I got use to it .
He told me if I told anybody he would kill my mama . Soo me knowing him , I knew he would .
This has been going on for about 3 years .
"Now get your hoe ass up" he said. I got up and whiped my mouth . I walked out of the basement. Going straight to my room into the bath room and looking at my face I had a black eye and a busted lip .
Sighing to myself. I started to run my water.
"You gotta stop letting him do this to you". I said to myself.

After my shower, I put on my makeup to cover my black eye. I checked my phone , to see my bestfriend had texted me 17 minutes ago.

Seeing that my bestfriend was not gone text back soon. I went downstairs too fix me something to eat.
"Ayee get! Get it. " I heard my sister cheering my nephew on.
I pulled out my phone and puted him on instagram .
"Go Cameron, go Cameron! " I said cheering him on.
"Asia " My mom Teresa said.
"Yes" ?
"Come help me set the table ".
Walking in the dinning room to help my mom sat the table.
I tripped over something, it was a old dusty box. We had just moved in this house, so there was gone be things sitting around every were.
Picking up the box, I seen some old pictures.
It was a lot of pictures of me my sisters brother, mom and dad.
"The goods day " I said sighing waiting putting the box down.
