Chapter 1-The Dungeon

This story begins in the lost and forgotten dungeon of Crystalia.

Where a Crystalian awakens from a long slumber. His name is Axby.

He is confused about where he is and why he's here. He appears to be in a big empty room with brick walls and a door. He goes through the door and finds a man in the dungeon and he says: ''Welcome to the crystal dungeon. My name is Sargent Steel. if you wanna escape you need to complete the 4 crystal trials.''Axby asks where he is and why he's here. The man replies: "You are in the dungeon of Crystalia, this was used to hold prisoners. For your second question. If you want to know why you're here you need to complete the 4 crystal trials and I'll tell you." And Axby accepts and goes to the first crystal trial.

The trial looks like a big glowing crystal. When he touches the crystal he gets teleported to an empty looking crystal room. In the middle of the room he finds a crystal displayed. He goes to the crystal and it starts following him. A voice whispers in his head "Throw the crystal by putting your arm forward." He throws the crystal and when it hits the wall it shatters and the crystal appears next to him. He sees a door opened and goes through it. Immediately the door shuts and a bunch of insects appear from the ground. "Defeat the enemies to go to the next room. Do not worry about the insects, they are just a projection of reality." The voice said. He starts throwing the crystal towards the bugs and they turn into smoke and disappear. The doors open and he goes to the next room. He finds another big glowing crystal. When he touches it he is teleported back to the room with the man.

He says ''Ha I see you found the magic crystal it's going to be your main type of defense, you need to complete the remaining 3 trials in order to flee the dungeon.'' Axby goes to the next trial and gets teleported to a new room. In the middle he finds a pedestal. When he approaches the pedestal his crystal floats towards it and it gets emitted by a beam of energy. He hears the voice again ''I have upgraded your magic crystal you can now use it to get over gaps just grab the rope and launch your crystal.'' Again Axby does what the voice said he grabs the rope and throws his crystal at the wall. He suddenly feels tension between him and the rope. And gets pulled towards the crystal. When he's near the crystal he suddenly stops and the crystal starts following him again. Another door opens and he goes through it. This time the door doesn't shut behind him. The room has a lot of holes in the floor that doesn't seem to have an end. He throws his crystal across the pit and gets safe to the other side. Axby finds another big glowing crystal and gets teleported to the room with the man again.

"I see your crystal has an upgrade now. You're halfway done, only 2 more trials to go." the man said. Axby goes to the next trial and finds another pedestal. He puts his crystal on the pedestal and gets hit with another beam of energy."I have upgraded your crystal once more, you can now lift up heavy objects, just aim your arm towards the object you wanna lift and the rest your crystal will do for you." the mysterious voice said. Axby finds another room and finds a heavy stone cube. He aims his arm towards it and the crystal starts lifting up the cube. Next to him he finds a button and places the cube on it. Another door opens and he finds another large crystal. He gets teleported back to the room with the man. "Ah you have found another upgrade, only one more trial to go you're almost there." the man said.

He goes to the next trial, but he doesn't find a pedestal nearby instead he finds a sword and shield. He grabs them and hears the voice again "I have given to you this sword and shield. Use the sword to defeat enemies from close range. Use the shield to protect you from projectiles and other attacks." He finds a similar room like the one with insects. He grabs his sword and shield and prepares for battle. The door shuts behind him more insects start crawling from the floor and wall. He swings his sword towards the enemy. One insect jumps at him and he starts raising his shield and blocks the attack. After a few more slices the enemies are defeated. He goes to the next room and finds another large crystal. and gets teleported back to the man. "You have completed all the trials congrats. Now it's time for me to clarify some things"

"There are 2 geodes the one where the Crystalians live like you and the dark geode, where the Latsycs live. They are purple creatures with red eyes. We have been at war for a very long time. They tried to raid us many times but failed because of our amazing infrastructure. The crystal castle is secured by the river. The only way to cross it is through geode town, a town with very strong defenses and a tunnel for reinforcements to come through from Sci-tron city and the Crystal Capital. One day something special happened: the Latsyrcs invented a strange contraption that could travel the river so that they could get past our defenses. They also collapsed all the tunnels and hijacked the crystal stalkers. They are machines invented by Sci-tron city to help protect Crystalia.

At the time I was at the crystal castle. I saw the Latsyrcs and Terror Technetium the leader of the Latsyrcs grouping around the castle. I activated the alarm but it was already too late. They were already inside. I saw our king Dorwyx Diamond get stabbed by Terror. I came running into the throne room and knocked Terror out, and ran over to Dorwyx. He was badly hurt from the stab. "I'm not going to make it. Go to the crystal dungeon. A hero is going to awaken that will bring peace to crystalia once and for all." he said with his last breath. Then I went to the crystal dungeon and waited for you to awaken.

One more thing before you go through that door there will be a prototype version of a crystal stalker. you will need to utilize everything that you have learned so far in order to defeat it. "

Axby prepares for battle and goes through the door.

Axby finds himself in another room. This time with a crystal looking robot. The robot awakes and fires a laser at Axby. Axby hides behind a rock and dodges the lazer. he sees a mirror and picks it up with his crystal. He aims the mirror towards the Crystal stalker and he fires his laser. The mirror reflects the laser towards the stalker and the mirror shatters. Axby attacks the now stunned stalker with his sword and it does a lot of damage. The stalker gets angry and breaks parts of the floor so he has to grapple to get to another mirror. Axby locates another mirror and grapples to it while avoiding the stalker's lasers. He grabs the mirror and points it towards the stalker. It fires again and it gets stunned. He throws his crystal towards the stalker and the stalker gets damaged. The stalker gets even more furious and destroys all the hiding spots and even more parts of the floor get destroyed. The stalker fires again and Axby blocks the laser with his shield and locates another mirror. He grapples towards it while blocking the lasers. He grabs the mirror and aims it at the stalker. it fires again. And Axby strows his crystal, destroying the stalker once and for all. The exit door opens and he sees a bright light and goes towards it.
