As the days passed, the weight of Tay's silence grew heavier on New's shoulders. At first, New brushed it off, attributing it to Tay's possible fatigue or the stress of recent events. But as the silence stretched on, it became increasingly apparent that something deeper,

New couldn't shake the feeling of being left in the dark, uncertain of Tay's intentions or motives. With each unanswered message and avoided conversation, the rift between them widened.

The effects of Tay's withdrawal weren't confined to their personal lives either. In the workplace, where their collaboration had once been seamless, tensions simmered. Projects stalled, communication faltered, and the once vibrant energy of the team dimmed in Tay's absence.

And amidst it all, New's heart ached with the added sting of seeing the love of their life grow distant. The warmth that once radiated between them now cooled into icy indifference, leaving New to wonder what had gone wrong. 'what else is wrong is it me who is wrong' he thought to himself isn't it he who bought this to himself, what that Toby said if it's true then Tay would obviously hate and ignore him its better like this right he thought its better if Tay moves on from him but the ignorance is hurting him to much mentally.

It sounds like New is feeling a bit left out or ignored by Tay, especially when Tay seems to prioritize spending time with Nueng over New. It's natural for New to feel hurt by this, especially if he values his relationship with Tay. However, it's important for New to communicate his feelings with Tay in a calm and respectful manner. Maybe there's a misunderstanding or Tay might not even be aware of how his actions are affecting New. Open and honest communication is key to resolving conflicts and strengthening relationships.

New entered Tay's office with a sense of determination, ready to confront him about the growing rift between them. As he stepped inside, he noted the absence of Tay but caught sight of Nueng entering with him. Despite the pang of hurt, New pushed the feeling aside and waited patiently, expecting Tay to arrive shortly.

Just as he was about to call out, the door swung open, revealing Tay accompanied by Nueng. New couldn't help but feel a twinge of disappointment at the sight. Nevertheless, he plastered on a polite smile and decided to put his feelings aside for the moment.

"Tay," New began, hoping to address the issue that had been weighing on his mind. But before he could say more, Tay interjected, "New, can we talk a bit later? I have something to discuss with my secretary over here, if you don't mind."

The words hit New like a blow. The realization that Tay was prioritizing a conversation with his secretary over him stung deeply. Suppressing his frustration, New attempted to assert himself, "Tay, what I want to talk to you about is an urgent matter. I think she can wait for a while."

His tone was tinged with irritation, a stark departure from his usual calm demeanor. The tension in the room was palpable as New awaited Tay's response, hoping for acknowledgment and understanding.

"What is it New?" Tay's dismissive attitude and insistence on including his secretary in their conversation only fueled New's frustration. He couldn't understand why Tay was behaving this way, prioritizing work over their personal relationship.

"Is it about the company? If so, tell it here. Let her hear as well. After all, she is my secretary; she should be knowing everything," Tay retorted, his tone edging towards impatience.

New's annoyance peaked at Tay's response. "Oh yeah, she's your secretary just for work and not for your personal life, so it's better if you ask her to leave for a while. Or should I do that?" New retorted sharply, his patience wearing thin. He couldn't fathom why Tay was being so oblivious to his feelings.

"Tay, I want to talk now or else never decide," New declared firmly, his frustration evident in his voice.

But Tay's response was cold and final. "New, I think you should go home now. I'll talk to you later," Tay said sternly, his words landing like a blow.
