This what if story will be about how I the story teller became the beloved main character, Naruto Uzumaki this will be what I would do to change the events of the story of Naruto, will the story remain the same or will it have a darker outcome.

/We begin our story of a soul falling slowly down in the deep blue ocean sea and dropping down deeper and deeper to the darker ocean floor [here's a pic of it]/

/We see a single soul that has a soft glow that flows down in this deep dark ocean sea until it's completely black, then we see a quick glimpse of a young woman with red crimson hair with violet eyes who smiles for a short moment as if it was an illusion to quickly fade in the dark, now we cut to see an elderly hybrid Ōtsutsuki who meditating with his eyes close then the elderly old man notice a presence of another soul and so he opens his eyes to see the passed soul right before his own eyes/
Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki: I am he, who shell achieve peace and order, and my name is Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, I have foreseen thou arrival before thyself, young child it is clear to thou art passed on from another world, and so thou has my sympathy and have not achieve thine's own destiny, but perhaps I shell grand thee anew and thou shell walk upon it and thy hardship and so it shell be.
/Then Hagoromo lift his left hand and look towards the passed on soul before himself and spoke/
Hagoromo: Now child, I beseech thee to lift thine's right hand and place it to thine own hand and allow thine's chakra to mix with thy own.
/And so the asked soul lift his own right hand and placed it on Hagoromo's left hand and soon after he pours little of his chakra into the soul and spoke with the soul/
Hagoromo: Now thou shell sleep and be awaken by birth, thy memory will remain in thine's mind, go forth child of destiny.
/Then the very soul that had passed started to have his vision fade into darkness as if he was going to sleep, as moments passed there's a cry and while this is happening thoughts are spoken to one self while eyes close in pure darkness/
???: (I hear crying..., wait wasn't I dead or..., am I dreaming...?)
/The events of the 9 tails attack happen and it plays out the same way, after all what could a new born do, and during the near tragic end of both the 4th Hokage Minato Namikaze and his beloved wife Kushina Uzumaki meeting their end which Minato is the first to die do to his use of the Reaper Death Seal and use an Eight Trigrams Seal on Naruto to seal away the 9 tailed fox away and during that moment of time the new born Naruto felt the pain of having half of the 9 tails force into itself and screamed out in pain, Kushina who's still remains alive even if her moments of life are fleeting fast which the 3rd Hokage who name is Hiruzen Sarutobi quickly made his way to Kushina who took down the barrier do to her drying moments as he got the new born in his arms and kneels down and some other leaf ninjas who are assisting and searching for possible enemy forces, Kushina spoke her final words to Hiruzen who listening carefully [here's a pic of it]/
