Susan stands in the shower, her running a hand through her long ginger hair, her closing her eyes while she lets the hot water pour on her.

She leans her back against Sam when he wraps his strong tattooed arms around her, pulling her into him. He kisses the side of her neck softly as she leans her head more against him, exposing the side of her neck more for his lips, his hands sliding down her front slowly.

Susan puts all of her hair on her other shoulder, her arms resting against his. "How long do you think it's going to take? For Max it took a little over a month, and for me it took a little under. For him it has already been a month. I don't wish that kind of confusion and irritation upon anyone, especially not him given what Sue and Charles already loosing a child, this is just adding more to the pain."

"Everyone is different." Sam replies. "But we know one thing is for sure. Max can handle herself."

"I know she can, I'm just scared her answer she has been looking for isn't the answer that she wants." Susan admits. "I want my girl to be okay, Sam."

"She will be. She always bounces back. But she needs this, we all need closure from specific situations that bother us."

Susan turns around to face him, her arms going around his neck. "You have changed. If this was you months ago you wouldn't have allowed her back here after what has happened."

"I wouldn't have, truth be told I really don't want to." He admits. "But this is what she needs, and I won't hinder her from getting what she needs."

Susan smiles softly at him, her going to kiss him softly. "I love you."

"I love you more, Amore." He replies.

They get done showering after some time, both of them going to change into their night clothes and leave out of the bathroom to their bedroom connected to it, Susan going to comb through her damp hair.

"Max has Silvia?" Sam questions, Susan nodding her head, him looking towards the door when a knock is heard on it. "Come in."

Erica opens the door, her eyes widening on seeing Sam's bare toned chest and abs. "Woah....Okay...yeah I'm definitely bisexual." She whispers.

Susan quirks an amused brow at her while Sam just scrunches up his face with knitted eyebrows, her looking when Sue comes inside of the room as well. "Hello."

"Hey guys. Again thank you for coming." Sue says. "Susan I was wondering if you would like to join me Tracy and Claudia for lunch tomorrow. I really just need some girls time even if it's just for a lunch. I know you both planned on leaving after the hailstorm passes, and it will pass by the time lunch hour is over."

"Oh course, Sue. I would love to."

"Sam, Charles always has beers with the guys after they get done with warehouse orders. I'm sure he'll let you join."

"I have something to discuss with him anyways." Sam replies.

"Oh course, he'll discuss it with you." Sue responds. "Is there anything you all need?"

"We're good, Sue. Thank you." Susan nods.

"Go on and get some sleep, mom." Erica says. "I have my alarm set for every couple of hours. I'll get up and feed KJ."

"No Erica you don't have to—"

"Mom I'm doing it. Don't complain and go to bed."

"Well sheesh." Sue murmurs. "Thanks sweetie."

Erica nods, Sue going to leave out of the room. "I'll get Max for you guys."

"Erica." Susan starts. "Thank you. For being there for her since day one."
