Y/N's POV

We sat in the living room and I put Hyunsoo's picture on the table.

"Oh, that's your brother? He already died after leaving awhile ago?" He asked as he indian sit and I hit his arm, making him ouch and rub his arm.

"No, idiot." I gritted.

"Then who is he?"

"My ex, died from war, 3 years ago." I replied.

"I'm sorry." He looked at me with sadness in his eyes.

"No, it's alright. It doesn't matter to me anymore, I'm fine." I smiled forcely as tears started to fill my eyes but I tried to hold them back.

He looked at me with "are you sure?" look. I roll my eyes as a tear fall down from my eye and shrugged.

"It's okay, I understand, Y/N." He patted my shoulder but I pushed his hand away.

"How are you doing lately though?" He asked as he leaned a little closer and listen to be intently.

"Not much, just chilling here and there. And now I got ambushed with an idiot that makes a weird cat noise." I wiped my eyes as I rolled my eyes and gave him an annoyed look.

He laughed and drank the juice he left earlier.

"Meow? Meooow?" He mocked, pouting his lips as he placed the glass down.

"Stop that, you look dumb." I glared at him.

I heard a door closes and footsteps going closer from behind me. I turned around as I heard a familiar voice.

"Y/N! Let's go now! The groceries are already in the trunk!"

I turned back to Jimin and pushed him to hide to the side of the table.

"Hurry!" I panicked in a low voice.

"Y/N, where are you?" I turned around and saw my brother carrying a plastic bag, probably the medicine I told him to buy earlier.

"Oh, h-hi!" I said nervously as I looked back to Jimin and saw him hiding.

I stood up and hurrily wenr to Hoseok as I pushed him to the hallway.

"Okay, okay. I'll just pack my things, go ahead and wait me in the car." I opened the door and pushed him outside.

"Wait, you haven't pack your things?" He asked and I closed the door, ignoring his question.

I hurrily headed to my room and grabbed a duffle bag. I rushingly picked out random clothes and put it in my bag as I heard someone enter.

"Ouch, you're leaving me too? Like the painting earlier..." He said as he watching me packing my stuffs. "Gosh, I should've seen it." He palmed his face dramatically and I rolled my eyes.

"My brother just went home from training military service and he wants to visit our parents which are from far away." I replied with emphasis on the word as I stood up, getting things from my dressing table and put it inside the bag.

"Oh okay, how long are you going to be away?" He asked.

"Oh, thinking to be far away from you just gives me ease and relaxation." I turned to him and approached him. I rolled my eyes and headed out of the room. He laughed.

"Okay, little miss grumpy." He chuckled and followed me from behind.

I stopped and turned around.

"Are you a dog? Stop following me around."

"Meow." He mocked, teasing me.

I rolled my eyes as we head outside.

"You better leave, my brother might caught us." I said as I locked the door.

"As if we're doing something bad, pfft." He mumbled and rolled his eyes.

I turned around and faced him with a pissed off look.

"My brother is protective with having boys around me, so please, just keep me out from trouble."

"Alright, see you again?" He asked and I rolled my eyes at him. "I'll take that as a yes." He says plainly as he tugs his lips to the side and nodded.

I walked away from the door and I paused.

"Thank you, Jimin." I said while he's behind me.

"What?" He asked, feeling a smile from his question.

"Nevermind." I replied as I start to walk away from him. "Bye friend."

He laughed. "Bye friend."

I headed to the car and knocked on it. I heard it unlocked and went inside. I sat on the passenger side beside him and closed the car door behind me as I see Hoseok just awaken up.

"You slept?" I asked as I threw my bag to the backseat.

"Yeah, you were taking so long." He replied as he stretches and grunted. "But maybe it's because I didn't sleep well last night since we need to leave early." He added.

"Oh, alright. Do you want me to drive instead?" I asked.

"Yah, really? I have been gone for almost 2 years and now my little sister can drive? Daebak~" He said as he smiled widely, nudging me. [Daebak: 대박 = Amazing]

"Of course, duh? I'm already 25, what do you expect?" I headed out of the car and switched places with him.

"This is so amazing, I can't believe it." He headed out. "It's like yesterday when you're just a baby, learning how to ride a bike." He laughed as he walked pass by me and we headed back inside.

"I'm the driver, so I'm in charge of the playlist." I puckered up my lips as I playedba music.

"West Coast" by: Lana Del Ray plays

"It's okay, as long as I sleep through the ride." He grunted as he reaches for a blanket at the back seat and snuggled up as he closed his eyes.

"And you still act like baby, like you aren't protecting the country." I chuckled.

He tongued out and continued to take a rest. I chuckled and started the car.

I sighed and thought to myself, phew Park Jimin, you're really something back there.

Jimin's POV

Watching them from a far, waiting for them to leave before I go. I saq Y/N go out of the car that made my eyebrows raise, happy to see her especially seeing her grin gave me butterflies in my stomach. I saw they switch places together. I overheared the laughter of her brother and he really sounded familiar.

I shook my head as I started to think about a person who had a high-pitched laugh, a person who always see things funny.

And after few minutes they finally started the car and left.

Darn, Y/N, you're really something.
