It was a sunny day at Celestic Town, five years olds (Y,N) and Cynthia are currently playing with their Pokemon, Shinx and Gible. Cynthia and Gible starts running to the Celestic Ruins.
(Y,N): Cynthia wait up!
(Y,N) and Shinx runs to catch up to Cynthia and Gible. Cynthia and Gible went inside the Celestic Ruins. (Y,N) and Shinx finally caught up to Cynthia and Gible. (Y,N) sees Cynthia looking at the ruins.
(Y,N): Cynthia.
Cynthia turns around and smiles at (Y,N).
(Y,N): I see that you are following your grandma's footsteps.
Cynthia: I am. Thanks to grandma I became really interested in Sinnoh's history and legends. I'm still going to challenge the Pokemon league while also learning more about Sinnoh's history and legends. I hope that's okay with you?
(Y,N): Of course I'm okay with it Cynthia. I think it's great that you have another passion besides Pokemon. Just like my passion is learning about Pokémon evolutionary patterns and hopefully I can learn from professor Rowan.
Cynthia became happy that (Y,N) believes in her passion. (Y,N) and Cynthia continue exploring the Ruins.
Time Skip
A few years passed. (Y,N) and Cynthia are now seventeen and they have started their journey together. Before they left Celestic Town, Cynthia's grandmother gave the two teens a present for their journey. Cynthia received a Pokemon egg while (Y,N) received a Skull Fossil. The two teens left Celestic Town and started walking to Oreburgh City. Once they arrived at Oreburgh City, they went to Oreburgh Mining Museum. Once inside (Y,N) gave the fossil to a scientist who went to the back to revive the fossil. After a few minutes the scientist returned with a pokéball and gave it to (Y,N).
Scientist: Here you go.
(Y,N) grabs the pokéball.
(Y,N): Thanks.
(Y,N) and Cynthia left the museum.
(Y,N): Want to do some training?
Cynthia: Sure but can we train in route 204? I want to catch a Budew for my team.
(Y,N): Sure let's go.
(Y,N) and Cynthia left Oreburgh City and are headed to route 204. Once they arrived at Jubilife City the sun started going down.
(Y,N): Looks like the sun is setting. We should probably go to a Pokémon Center for the night.
Cynthia: Okay (Y,N) let's go.
(Y,N) and Cynthia heads to the Pokémon Center. Once inside they walked up to Nurse Joy.
Nurse Joy: Hello welcome to the Pokémon Center. How can I help you both today?
(Y,N): Two rooms for tonight please.
Nurse Joy: Sure let me check you both in.
Nurse Joy types in her computer.
Nurse Joy: Oh dear.
Cynthia: Is something wrong Nurse Joy?
Nurse Joy: It seems that there is only one room available. You both don't mind sharing a room right?
(Y,N) and Cynthia blush when they heard that there is only one room available.
Cynthia: (blushing) We'll take it.
(Y,N) blushed more. Nurse Joy gave Cynthia a key for the room. The two teens arrived at their room and were shocked that there is only one bed.
(Y,N): (blushing) You take the bed Cynthia. Shinx and I will be fine on the floor.
Cynthia: (blushing) You take the bed (Y,N).
(Y,N): (blushing) No I insist you take the bed Cynthia.
Cynthia: (blushing) How about we share the bed.
(Y,N) and Cynthia blushed more at the thought of sharing a bed together. Shinx jumped off (Y,N)'s shoulder and went to sleep in the middle of the bed. (Y,N) and Cynthia went inside the bed. The two teens can be seen blushing in the bed. The next day (Y,N) and Cynthia are currently in route 204 training their Pokemon. While (Y,N) is training his Pokemon, Cynthia caught a Budew. (Y,N) and Cynthia trained their Pokemon to level fourteen. (Y,N) took out his Pokédex and pointed at Shinx.
(Y,N)'s Pokédex: Shinx the Flash Pokemon. Its forelegs have a muscle-based system of generating electricity. Its body shines when it is in danger. Shinx is female. Shinx is level fourteen. Shinx's ability is Intimidate. Intimidate: Upon entering battle, the opponent's Attack lowers one stage. In a Double Battle, both opponents' Attack are lowered. Pokémon with the Clear Body, Hyper Cutter, or White Smoke ability are unaffected. In a link battle, if both sides switch on the same turn, and first player sends out a Pokémon with Intimidate, the opponent's Attack will be lowered before the opponent's Pokémon switches. Shinx knows Leer, Thunder Shock, Bite, and Iron Tail.
(Y,N) then points his Pokédex at Cranidos.
(Y,N)'s Pokédex: Cranidos the Head Butt Pokémon. It lived in jungles around 100 million years ago. Its skull is as hard as iron. Cranidos is male. Cranidos is level fourteen. Cranidos ability is Mold Breaker. Mold Breaker: The Pokémon's moves are not affected by foe's abilities during battle. Cranidos knows Headbutt, Leer, Rock Polish, and Focus Energy.
Cynthia took out her Pokédex and pointed at Gible.
Cynthia's Pokédex: Gible the Land Shark Pokémon. It nests in small, horizontal holes in cave walls. It pounces to catch prey that stray too close. Gible is female. Gible is level fourteen. Gible's ability is Sand Veil. Sand Veil: Raises the Pokémon's evasion during a sandstorm by one level. Gible knows Sand Tomb, Tackle, Sand Attack, and Dragon Breath.
Cynthia then points her Pokédex at Budew.
Cynthia's Pokédex: Budew the Bud Pokémon. It lives alongside clear ponds. It scatters pollen that induces harsh sneezing and runny noses. Budew is female. Budew is level fourteen. Budew's ability is Natural Cure. Natural Cure: The Pokémon's status (BURN, PARALYZE, SLEEP, POISON, FREEZE) is healed when withdrawn from battle. Budew knows Absorb, Stun Spore, Worry Seed, and Bullet Seed.
Cynthia puts away her Pokédex. (Y,N) was about to put his Pokédex until a portal opened underneath him, Shinx, and Cranidos.
(Y,N): Ahhhh!
Cynthia: (Y,N)!
Cynthia ran to save but it was too late. The portal closed. Cynthia is in the ground crying.
Cynthia: (crying) (Y,N).
While falling in the portal (Y,N) grabbed his two Pokéballs to return his Pokemon. (Y,N) sees a white light and closed his eyes.
