Prologue

"But Uncle ,they don't have a campus of their own so maybe we should skip delhi! ".

'No Beta ,Delhi is a metropolitan city ,so it would be developed by the time you get graduated,so don't worry ,keep delhi in your options blindly'.

She's not convinced and wasn't sure if she should go on and remove  delhi from the options in her counselling rounds.She don't want to be rude to him ,especially if he's only trying to help.What are the odds that I get a seat in it,Almost nil so she let it be.He doesn't need to.But he's there early in the morning in her small home to help her in the counselling process  of JEE.She had a like-dislike feeling towards him.His daughter and she had studied in the same faraway boarding school from the same village which is established to prepare children a PCM solving robots ,emotionally suppressed teenegers to crack one of the India's toughest entrance exam since 7th standard or something ,though she's in a year lower grade than his daughter ,they became acquaintances.He treats her father almost a fool like he doesn't know anything,like he had a lot of knowledge about everything but no he don't but he just displays like that..She disliked his personality strongly.

'Ok uncle'.

'So Anvit,don't worry you will definitely get into the top tier colleges.

She zoned out of the discussion ,she's happy about her little brother that he cleared the exam with a very good percentile,she's so happy that it acted as a balm on her pain of having an average rank even after taking a drop.But it's mortifying whenever people talk that way as if she's so much work ,she's a burden that she needs a careful planning as she had so less options.But she should have got used to it till now .But she didn't.Everytime it's equally painful.She isn't jealous of her brother.She isn't.She's coping with her brother's success while she became the utter failure in the family.

How she could she forget that when its about her ,even if the chances of happening a unlucky situation to her is in minus level,still she will turn out in those situations.

She got the seat in Delhi.Her mumma created a lot of ruckus,blaming her that it is her fault that she got into that far away college.Mind you ,she is from a village from the southern part of the country.Her father created drama too ,he cried that I would not get eat anything properly in a different state ,With a different language all over.She is adamant,adamant on having wings of her own.She's tired of her family.She needed a break badly from them.She's sure the world will be rainbows and colors from then for her.All of her problems starts and end with her family.She was adamant on getting a college in the other part of the country.

So she left to delhi ,with a lot of dreams ,really hopeful of her future her family.Her family dropped her in college,settled her in her hostel and left.
