APRIL 2024 UPDATE:
i wrote this story nearly five years ago, when i was the same age as dakota fanning. i aged jane up to 17/18 (she was 15/16 in the movie, already aged up from the book) i don't agree with aging up characters anymore now that i am older, but i have decided to leave this story up because so many people like it, and there is a lack of jane content. please note that i do not support aging up characters, and i was the same age as the actress when i did it.
also, i am not a personal fan of this book, and would like it not to be seen as a reflection of my writing. i have a bunch of other stories for the hunger games and the ballad of songbirds and snakes which i believe more accurately reflect my abilities.
