Eleanor's POV
"Do you think he'll be ok?" I asked looking at Will as he set up an Iv for Noah. "He's gonna be alright, Eleanor... It's just gonna be a little while. He needs to get back to the point where he can function without the effects of withdrawals and without the drugs at all. He's been sober for a few days now, but he's walking on very thin ice. He could relapse again. " I nodded while reaching for Noah's tattooed hand as he was now laying motionless on the bed.

"Thank you for everything you've done, Will." I said as he smiles. "I love the guy as much as you do... so it's really an honor for me to help in any way I possibly can. " I really appreciate him being this sweet, he always has been. "Still, you're a great guy, William"

"Alrighty, he's all set for the rest of tonight. If you need anything just call me up." Will says as he packs up his bag. "Thanks again, Will...
Is there anything I need to do for him?" I asked as I follow him to the door. "Nope. One thing though "
I listen carefully as my hand sits on the cold door handle. "He likely could have a seizure." My eyes go wide, I didn't know what to do last time he had one. "Then just stay! I don't what to do if he-  "Ellie, it's Okay. If, it were to happen again just give him space. He'll push through." I gulped but nodded. "Okay " he nods too before giving me a hug. "You have a great night, Eleanor " I smile before we pull away and I open the door. "You too, Will" and just like that, we go different ways.

I lock the door before lazily walking back over to Noah. My tired feet guide me towards the bed. I was exhausted lately. Caleb has been waking me up at least twice a night. I really was tired and wanted to get some sleep.

I remove my converse shoes and swing my legs over and onto the mattress. Slowly I slide into the blacket and lie right beside, Noah. He looked so beautiful when he'd sleep, it always was something I enjoyed waking up to see. He's such a beautiful man, but his demons sometimes take away the best parts of him.

I gently run my index finger in a circular motion across his cheek. I really do miss him. I miss waking up beside him like this. I miss kissing him goodbye for the day. I miss talking to him honestly. I miss us....
We were so special at one point in our relationship.

I must've been staring too long at Noah's handsomeness cause I didn't even see his hand slowly slide up and cup mine. "Angel? Is that you" he whispered as his eyes stay sealed shut.
"Yes, Noah it is" I replied at a whisper.  "You came back." I nodded which he didn't see. "Thank you" he whispered again as we interlock our fingers together. "I miss you so much."
"You still see me, Noah" he swallows down a lump in his throat before turning to face me. We now are looking directly at each other.
"Just for sex. I miss seeing you and kids just happy. " he had a good point, but I don't know how ready either of us are for this. "I miss it too, Noah but things are different right now. We're still sinking" he looks so saddened by my words and to be honest.... I was too.
"I don't want to lose you again, Eleanor. The day you left was the most painful moment of my life. Ellie, I love you so much and it kills me to that." I furrow my brows as we lean in closer, to the point we're just a few inches apart. "Why? " Noah leans in and very slowly connects our lips together. I don't kiss back just yet, but I bring my hand up behind his head and pull him in even closer. The softness of his lips urge me to kiss him back, so I did. We kiss each other slowly and steady as the sound of our lips quietly spread throughout the room. I gently pull Noah's hair as a tear falls from my eyes. The teardrop slides down my cheek but Noah's thumb gently slides it away. "Because I don't know what I'd do without you." He says breathlessly as we pull away. "Noah, I don't know" I whispered as he kisses my forehead and slowly sits up to a seated position. "I really love you, Ellie.... I wanna prove it to you. " I don't respond instead I lie back down on my back against the mattress as Noah climbs over me. "Can I f*ck you? " he whispers as I just lie there in silence.
"Angel, why did you come back? "
"I don't know, Noah." He once again kisses my forehead before reaching for my jean zipper. He looks up at me for permission but I don't give him any responses. He's just taking things very slowly. 

"Noah, the baby won't sleep and I'm exhausted. " I finally say as I'm now in a long sleeve shirt and panties. "Caleb? " I nodded as Noah spreads my legs wide. "Just relax then. I'll take care of him tomorrow ok. You should rest." I nod again as Noah removes his Iv and kisses down my stomach. My back arches as his long fingers slowly slide my panties down to my ankles. He feels so good and hypnotizing as his unholy hands run up my thighs. "Tomorrow night?" He asks out of nowhere while pausing his actions. "Tomorrow night what? "
I asked confused as his lustful eyes meet mine. "Can I play with you tomorrow night? We haven't been there in a while." He was talking about our 'fun room' back home. I hate to admit it, but I'd really enjoy that so I nodded. "Tomorrow night " he smiles before diving back down between my legs.

I feel his tongue slide into my body making me moan. "Noah!" I pull his outgrown locks and grind against his face as he moans. The vibrations of his sexy voice give me shivers while his hand squeeze my thighs tightly.
"Uh, Noah! Oh God " I whine as I push his face further into me. His tongue moves slowly as he goes in as deep as possible. "F*ck!" He chuckles before licking up and down. He does this five time which was killing me, but he also does something he's never done before.... He bites down making me throw my head back and buck into his face. "OH F*CK YES!" I screamed out before realizing we were in a hotel. Noah didn't seem to care cause he did it again. "Oh my God! Noah " I moan loudly as he looks at me. "Cum for me, Angel" he then goes back and starts sucking on me quickly. "Noah! Do it again please!" I beg as he lifts his head up. "Tell me baby, what do you want?" He teases as I grab the sheets tightly in my hands. "Oh Noah, f*cking bite me!" I almost yelled in pleasure as he laughs and dives back down. His teeth and lips wrap around me and bite down kinda hard, but it felt so amazing. "Oh f*ck, Noah!" I yell one last time as I spill all over his handsome face.

My chest rises up and down quickly as Noah licks up my mess.  "Noah " I whispered as I breath heavily. "You're such a good girl." He whispers while licking his glistening lips. "What's gotten into you?" I questioned with a laugh as he climbs out of bed. "I told you I'd prove it right?" He says with the cutest smile as he puts his shoes on. "Where you going? " he looks up at me while sliding his feet in. "I'm gonna let you sleep here. I'll see you tomorrow ok?" He was being respectful of what I've been making him do... which was to leave and come back later. I thought that was very sweet, but I actually don't think I want him to leave?

As Noah was about to walk to the door, I call his name. "Stay" his eyes go wide in shock. "I can stay here?"
I nodded. "This is your hotel room" he shakes his head and laughs. "What an idiot. " he jokes before removing his shoes and climbing into bed with me.
"Love you, Ellie " he whispered before kissing my forehead and sleep overtakes us both.....
