A New Side Of The Darkness (A Novel)

Chapter 1

Vinali felt her breathe come back to herself, feeling off. She stood up and tried to shake this weird, eerie feeling off herself. She felt and looked normal. But, it didn't feel like that.. not at all...

As Vinali walked around, she noticed it was very snowy and peaceful.. somewhat. Until she ran into a very miss-shaped person. It looked like a human, but dead?

She soon found a very calm campsite and she decided to rest for a good hour. She woke up again, feeling a lot better than last night. As she stood, she noticed her skin looked a lot more pale than before. She just shook that feeling off herself.

She soon decided to find a new area. She soon ran into a very delightful vampire boy, his name was Demitrus.

He said, "My very apologies, madam. How about I treat you to a blood-bar..?" She looks confused. She replies, "A... blood-bar?" He looks at her with a serious look. He then says, "Yes... wait.. are you bitten..? You have very human-like features..." He traces his hand to her neck.

He feels a bite. He soon says, "Well, dear, you have been bitten by a vampire. And you're a vampire now. So, I will help secure this new lifestyle."

She looks up at him. With a shocked face, she then says, "I knew I felt weird... I didn't know I was a vampire.." He gives her this delighted smile. He grabs her hand and leads her to the Blood-Bar he was talking about.

When both of them got there, she noticed that most of the people were either zombies or vampires. She then asks him, "So is everyone here... like.. dead..?" He looks at her and replies with, "Yes, but some just have to readjust to a new life. At least 58.2% of the people here aren't born as a vampire."

She has a curious look. She then asks him, "That's.. a lot." He nods. When they walk in, they see one of the vampire girls, her name is Denisea. That's actually Demitrus's sister.

He then says to Vinali, "That girl right there is my sister. Something shocking about me and Denisea is the fact we are royalty.."

Vinali has a very shocked look and says to him, "YOU'RE.. ROYALTY?!" He smiles and says, "Yes.. I'm royalty.. sorry I didn't tell you sooner. Didn't think you would care."

Vinali looks at him with a serious look. She then replies with, "I would've cared! I'm not careless.." While saying that, she accidentally tripped, but Demitrus catched her.

He then says, "What were you saying?" He says with a laugh. Demitrus spots someone running towards Vinali.

As he tried to save her, they got to her and knocked her onto the floor... Everyone in the Blood-Bar starts panicking.

It was a werewolf! Demitrus fights the wolf off of Vinali. The Wolf growls but walks away. But Demitrus noticed something off about Vinali... she... passed out?!
