My breathing began to slow down, trying to calm myself. I still had the knife in my hand.

Whoever was behind me still hand their hand over my mouth. With my knife, I tried to drive it behind me. Aiming for the body against my own, I heard the blade connect with the wall.

Damn it he moved.

His hand shot off my mouth as he pushed me forward away from him. I fell forward trying not to make noise.

Turning my body to face him, he had his index finger raised to his mouth to tell me to be quiet.

The man had the same exact vault tec one piece that I had but his was so worn and dirty. There were two pistols hanging from his hips. His pip boy was missing and there were blood stains and rips all over his suit. His hair was to his shoulders and his eyes looked like they were sinking in.

He's been through a lot.

I furrowed my eyebrows and began to take my backpack halfway off. I turned my back to him just enough to show him the vault number 33 that was on my back. Turning back around, I pulled my bag back into place.

The man turned to also show his number.

It read 76.

He turned back around and pointed at one of his guns.

"Take it." He mouthed, slowly pulling it out of his holster.

The fellow vault dweller turned the end of the pistol towards himself as he placed it out for me to grab. I swiftly grabbed it and gave him a thankful nod.

He motioned for us to get moving.

We moved through the building with our guns pointed. You could hear a pin drop. I didn't know if Cooper was still in here but I need to know where the gunshot came from.

As we moved we came across a woman who was shot in the head. This must've been Lisa.

Her skin was almost falling off of her bones. She was too far gone as a ghoul. Maybe it was for the better.

We stepped over her body to continue moving.

I stopped in my tracks as I heard someone growling. My finger was ready to pull the trigger on whoever was on the other side of the wall.

The person peered out the side, sticking their head out into the hallway. With a wretched smile, they started to walk out into the hallway. It looked to be an older man and he wouldn't stop twitching. His clothes were torn and he looked battered.

Another ghoul.

He started to scream and run towards us.

"Oh hell no." I shook my head and pulled the trigger. He fell just a few feet away from me, blood running out of his lifeless body.

I turn around to look at the dweller but I noticed a woman behind him. She was also twitching, looking for blood.

I quickly pointed my gun to her and shot her straight in the head. My bullet flying past the dwellers ear, he jumped at my quick motion.

"We've got to get out of here. There's more coming." I said turning to run. He quickly nodded and followed me.

We were running as fast as we could but we were attracting all the ghouls in the building. They were coming out of every direction to come and kill us.

We kept running in different directions trying to lose them. The quiet building was now filled with screaming and growling from the ghouls.

Suddenly, a ghoul jumped right in front of me. Lunging and grabbing me by the shoulders. Screaming, I kicked it off of me and the dweller shot it in its chest from behind me. The ghoul fell to its knees and laid on its side.
