Ahhh~, Vale. I Remember Passin' By Here on My Way to Beacon. And when I'd Just Roam 'Round Cloaked n' Shit. Glad to see it so Festive and Lively, Heck even in Person!

Right now I'm Walking With Yang, Weiss, Blake, and Ruby, 'Pearently Weiss Wanted to Bring us Here, but to Be Honest I'm just Glad to be Outside in general, And not just for Sellin' Medeival Shite.

We're Just Arriving where the 'Welcome to Vale' Sign is Bein' Lifted, And that Old Man Workin' Away like He Would Normally Throughout Vale, Helpin' with all he Can.

Weiss(Joyfully): "The Vytal Festival! Oh this is Absolutely Wonderful!"

Ruby: "I Don't think i've Seen you smile This Much Weiss.. it's kinda weirding me out...."
Vaan: "Well, Don't Need to Rubes, B'Sides Why Shouldn't She? Someone From her Stature Would Be Rreeal Happy 'Bout These Kinda Things, Especially For what They Represent and Mean too."

Weiss: "Exactly! And How Could you 'Not' Smile? A Festival Dedicated to the Culture of the World!- there Will be Dances, Parades, a Tournament, Oh the Amount of Planning and Orginization that goes into this is Absolutely Breathtaking."

Vaan: "Hell, I'll Bet! If I Were One of the Ones Orginizing All-a This, With my OCD i'd be Triple-Checking Everythin' to Make sure it was All in Order and in Tip-Top Shape, So i Don't Doubt ya One Bit Weiss."

Yang(a bit Annoyied): *Sigh* "You Two Really know how to Make something Good Sound Boring,"
Vaan: "Well~, That'd Depend on the Subject, But yet Again, Someone Like you.. Would, Probalbly get Bored at things like that so yeah i get where Yer' Comin' At..."
Weiss: "Quiet You Two."

With all This Talking We've Been Walking Over to the Docks, Which we Finally Get to- And it would be Evident Too as a Boat is Arriving Honking Away... And i got a Feeling that the Smell of Fish here is Making Blake Hungry lol

Yang: "Remind me Again why we're Spending our Friday Afternoon, Visiting the stupid Docks?"

Ruby(Plugging her nose): "Ugh, they smell like Fish..."
Vaan(looks Over at her): "Cuz' Fishermen, Fish here or Deliver Fish Here, Rubes. Honestly Thought That'd be Obvious." Ruby: "oh... My Bad.."

Vaan: "Well.. Smell Aside, Maybe for the Scenery? the Water is Quite Pretty From Here."

Weiss: "While you Are Right About the Water Vaan(Vaughn), I've Heard some Students visiting from Vacuo would be Arriving by Ship today, And as a representative of Beacon, I Feel as though it is my Solemn, Duty to Welcome them into this Fine Kingdom."

Yang(Slightly Sarcasticly): "She Wants to Spy on them so she'll have the Upper Hand in the Tournament"
Weiss(Baffled): "AH-!" She turns Around quickly and Looks over at Yang in Disbelief "You Can't Prove That!"- Vaan: "Weeeeell"- Vaan then Quickly Goes in front of Her and Around Her Back, Grabbing Somthing That was Hidden in one Of Her Pockets Weiss(Shocked): "EH- HEY!"-
Vaan then Stands Infront of Everyone Holding up a Small Notebook, Which is Very Obviously Weiss's due to the Design and the Small Drawings on the Cover.
Vaan: "1. I'm Pretty Sure this Tiny Ass Journal is What She Records Student's data On, Well at least on some of the Pages at least. And One Scan through Later-" He then Has His Glasses Transform into his Combat Mode, Then He Has his Glasses Scan the Book with Visible Blue Beams Scanning it, as he Rapidly Flips Through the Pages. then He Stops, and his Glasses Transform back to Normal then He Opens Weiss's Journal up to a Set of Pages that Say at the Top, Acting as a Title "Vacuo Students Competition"
Vaan: "Pretty Sure this is 'Spying' Weiss, But 2." Vaan hands it back to her with Weiss Clearly Defeated "I'm Kinda Doin' The Same typa Shit-" *Quickly yet Smoothly Turns and Points to Ruby* "I'll-pay-you-later-today" *Quickly and Smoothly turned back to Weiss* "So Your Alright."
