The past few months had been pretty hectic in the company Hyunjin worked at, and the CEO was generous enough to sponsor an all paid trip to France for the weekend to let all the employees relax for a bit before going back to their usual work routine.

Hyunjin, along with his co-worker and best friend Felix, was in the locker rooms of the ski resort they were at, getting changed after having some fun in the snow and various other activites that they had participated in.

hyunjin:

"...and he helped me fix my posture and told me that it's important to resist the urge to bend a little while I'm on the ice because doing otherwise could be injurious! Wasn't that so sweet of him?" I swooned over the stranger I had met at the ice rink earlier to Felix. He looked just as excited about him as I was, if not more.

"Tell me, was he cute? Did you get his number? What's his name?" He bombards me with several questions and I smile.

"I mean... I won't lie, he was really cute," I say, completely aware that my ears were turning red, "but no, I didn't get his number."

Felix's hopeful expression changed into that of disappointment. "Bitch, what were you waiting for? Go get it! Did you catch his name?" He hits my back hard, pushing me towards the door to the locker room as though the man in question was waiting for me outside. I wince in pain.

"His name's Lee Minho," I tell him, not before forgetting to drop an important fact bomb, "But I'm not interested because I already like someone."

I observe Felix's face as I make my revelation, and more than shock I saw betrayal on his face.

"How could you- We've been best friends for the past five years and you missed to tell me a critical piece of information such as THIS???" He explodes at me. "Do not talk to me again," he says as a dramatically spins and pretends to leave the room. I pull him back by his wrist, trying to explain to him why I didn't tell him before.

"Wait, wait, wait, listen to me! I didn't tell you because... because it's embarassing," I admit to him. He folds his arms in front of his chest.

"I can't believe you," he says grimly, but almost immediately he switches his expression to a bright one. "TELL ME MORE ABOUT HIM, GIRL! WHO IS IT? DO I KNOW HIM?" He hits my shoulder playfully, and I laugh at his silly behavior.

"Well... of course you know him. He's my boss." I observe as Felix's eyes go wider than saucers, unable to process the information. Then he slowly nods, though the 'o' shape of his mouth did not leave his face.

"No wonder," he says. "I mean, I think we both can agree that Mr. Bang's kinda daddy material, am I right?" He says a little too loud for my liking, and I cover his mouth with the pair of pants I had in my hands.

"Dude, shut UP, someone could hear us!"

"But I know you know I'm right!" Felix beams and he tries to set himself free from my suffocating grasp.

After having some fun in the snow and making new friends, I decide to head to the locker rooms to freshen up and change. However, two familiar voices talking about cute guys and whatnot from the other side of the door kept me from entering inside. I immediately recognized owners of the voices as Hyunjin and Felix. There's no way I'd get Hyunjin wrong, considering how I may or may not have developed feelings for him over the past few months. We were always in professional settings, so I never got the chance to ask him out.

The second I hear the name Lee Minho, though, I frown. Minho wasn't exactly my favorite person in the world, mainly because of the rocky relationship between his family and mine. This had nothing to do with my profession, but I still hoped that Hyunjin didn't like Minho.
