Hi Zari,

How are you? I'm just writing to let you know that I have recently moved to a new flat.  I had to move out of my old one because the landlord is selling it. My new flat is located in the centre of a small town. It's slightly bigger and the rent is a bit higher. It's also close to a shopping centre, so it's a bit noisy, but it's manageable. 

I met one of my new neighbours yesterday. She is about our age and is very friendly. She invited me to a cafe and we had a chat to get to know each other. Turns out she loves reading like me! She also plays volleyball and offered to teach me.

Back to the flat. As I said, it's slightly bigger. There are two more rooms and a second balcony. I can now turn my library into a separate room, which means more space for books. As for the other room, I might turn it into a guest room, I haven't really thought about it yet. The sun shines inside during the day, which makes it look very cozy, even though the furniture isn't fully arranged yet. I love watching sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. They look absolutely amazing!

You should come visit soon. There are so many things we can do! There's a tennis court, a bike path, the shopping centre and many more! We can also go for a walk in a nearby forest.
