I'll be posting all my little shorts of Cove and Riley here because I love them so much and love more on how their relationship grew through out the game. That being said I have posted these on Ao3 too (same username). So if y'all see these stories else where, then it is probably me. Not someone stealing my work. That being said if you're really that concerned about or just want confirmation, just DM me.
I do play with the extra moment DLC! They will be referenced! So if you don't want spoilers, probably don't read these stories. However I do not have the Derek or Baxter DLC, so you're safe from those spoilers.
I do NOT claim to write Cove perfectly in character and I do write him warm leaning and usually sporty (compared to Riley's studious personality). So please keep that in mind. I do not/will not change his canon gender or sexuality. He is a cisman and panromantic demisexual. His autism also WILL be present in various forms that we see in the game and some of my own interpretation as someone who is also neurodivergent.
Riley however is AFAB and trans. Their pronouns will changes depending on their age, but at the end of the game and in Step 3, they use they/them and are nonbinary/a demi-boy. In Step1 and 2, they use he/him and that will be reflected in my writing. Their name doesn't change though. They are homosexual and they have at the very least ADHD.
