Jake's p.o.v.
We walked in the forest for hours. Scrooge my feet are going to fall off, I said it's not that much farther, Scrooge said. Can we take a break we've been walking around almost all day, I said. Scrooge just rolled his eyes. If we stopped every ten seconds for a break we wouldn't get any thing done now would we, Scrooge asked. I rolled my eyes. You wanted to come with me remember. Scrooge said. I know, I just didn't think it would be this much work, I said.
Scrooge's p.o.v.
You have to work hard for the things you want, lad, I said. I have to work hard enough to survive, I don't need advice from you, Jake said. How do your parents put up with your behaviour I mumbled.
Jake's p.o.v.
They don't I said in an angry voice. We walked in silence for an hour, before we heard a scream. Me and Scrooge immediately ran towards the sound. We saw a girl with golden hair standing in front of someone else they seemed to be fighting over something. I couldn't see what it was.
