Love Long Gone

 (Verse 1)

In the quiet of the night,

I hear your voice so clear,

Memories flooding back, like waves crashing near.

Your laughter echoes in my mind, like a sweet refrain,

But now all that's left are echoes, in this lonely domain.

(Chorus)

Oh, how I miss you, like the stars miss the sky,

In this vast emptiness, I can't help but cry.

Every song, every word, every tear that falls,

Tells the story of a love lost, a heart that calls.

(Verse 2)

I walk these empty streets, where we used to roam,

Every corner, every shadow, reminds me I'm alone.

Pictures in my mind, like scenes from yesterday,

But now they're just snapshots, of a love gone astray.

(Chorus)

Oh, how I miss you, like the flowers miss the rain,

In this endless longing, I'm drowning in pain.

Every sigh, every whisper, every silent plea,

Begs for your return, to set my spirit free.

(Bridge)

I hold onto the memories, like a lifeline in the dark,

But they slip through my fingers, leaving only a mark.

How do I find the strength, to let you go,

When every beat of my heart, still echoes your name, I know.

(Chorus)

Oh, how I miss you, like the night misses the dawn,

In this endless twilight, I'm struggling to move on.

Every heartbeat, every breath, every moment I survive,

Is a testament to a love that will forever thrive.

(Outro)

So I'll cherish the memories, and carry them inside,

For in them, you'll always live, in a love that can't be denied.

And though you're gone, your spirit remains,

In every verse, in every note, in every tear-stained refrain.
