An Animal's Deed

Prologue

It was around 12 in the night, a girl in her late 20s was going back to her house..

She worked at a call centre and was too tired to look at her surroundings..

She reached the parking lot and took her Activa..

As she turned on the headlights, she turned the Activa towards the main exit and left..

She was midway to her home, when her headlights fell on the dark alley, close to the main road..she saw someone's leg, with blood oozing out..

She panicked and stopped the vehicle and got down..
She went cautiously towards the alley, as curiosity gripped her completely..

She screamed in fear as she saw a dead body, blood oozing out from all the bruises and cuts on the person's body..

The person's eyes, still open forever, made her fear for life..

She called the police immediately, as panicked tears flowed down her eyes...

In the forever awake city of Mumbai, a person was driving towards a beach..

After hours of work, Chirag Sehgal just wanted the peaceful tides of Mumbai's Juhu beach....

He parked his EMI car safely and sat on the trunk..

Opening his tiffin, he looked at the ocean as he had his dinner...

His life was just like those waves, full of highs and lows, full of noise and silence, full of grace and turmoil..

He was finishing the last bite when his phone rung, it was an emergency..

He packed his things and went back in his car, and gave a small smile to the waves that seemed to be greeting him cheerfully..

He drove in hurry, to the location, where a dead body was found...

The serene atmosphere of the house, was disturbed by a person's sneak in..

He made sure he dropped nothing, and made his way to the room of the main man..

The boy sighed in relief as he saw no movement in the room..

He kept looking at the person, who was sleeping peacefully..

The person smiled mischievously and sneaked his hand inside the cupboard..

He didn't touch the locker, but checked through some clothes....

He took out a shining box, and opened it with a wide grin..
He smiled seeing the watch it had..

He made his way towards the exit of the room, but was startled as the sleeping man yawned and sat up..

He hurried outside, but the man saw him and shouted:"Chor chor.."

He stood up and chased the potential thief..

The boy sighed in disbelief and shouted at the man:"It's me Rishi.."

The man frowned and rushed to turn the lights on..

He smacked his forehead as he saw Rishi holding a watch and its box in his hands..

The man, Reyansh Roy, glared at him and spoke:"Firse tere so called sneaking skills? Seriously Rishi, ye kya tarika hota hai darane ka?"

Rishi chuckled:"Ab thodi practise kar raha tha, aur vaise bhi, apne padosi ko pareshaan karna toh Banta hai na.."

Rey glared at him, but Rishi winked and left the house..

Rey wanted to hit him hard, but this boy had his heart, he just couldn't do anything to him..
