Who Done it?

Emily Pov

As Emily walked through the cold hard rain she couldnt help but feel cold inside after her best friend Dylan asked her out on a date and she ruined it for him. She thought as always they were just gonna hang out but when he took her to they're favorite resteraunt she knew something was wrong.

*Few hours earlier*

Dylan just got back from his trip to New England with his father and he's already caused attention to girls with his accent. As usual like every morning Mackenzie and Ashley came up to Dylan with his mocha frappe' coffee.

" I have it sweet and hot for you just how you like it"said the annoying blond Mackenzie.

'Yeah and I bought a chocolate muffin for you since you like them so much" said the also annoying brunette Ashley.

"Um thanks Ashley and Mackenzie but you don't have to this every single morning I get here" said Dylan.

I just rolled my eyes and walked down the long hallway. I heard large familiar foot steps follow behind me.

"Hey what was all that about Emily?"

"Oh I'm sorry was I supposed to stick around and watch the Scream Queens drool all over you?"

He laughed and touched my arm and stared deep in my eyes.

"Oh Em, you always know how to make me smile. By the way would you mind hanging out this afternoon with me?"

"Of course! You know I'm always free! I'll meet you at the movie's k?"

"I was actually thinking maybe at Crustys but it's your choice where to go"

"Hey hey we can go to Crustys!" That's strange since when does Dylan choose Crustys over the movie's? Whatever if he wants to go there then maybe a change could happen every once in awhile.

*Later that afternoon*

"Omg I can't believe you just blew that guy off and I can't believe he just stood there shaking!" I instantly was laughing my head off at the memory until we sat on the balcony of Crustys our usual spot where we watch the sunset. I looked over at Dylan and he looked so adorable with his blue eyes and dirty blond shaggy hair. He saw me staring at him and I looked away and blushed.

Dylan's Pov

I saw Emily staring and looked back at her and she looked so cute when blushed and looked away. I scooted closer to her and brushed a piece of her hair away and she blushed even harder.

"The sunset is so beautiful just like you. Em can you please look at me for a second?" She hesitated for a minute but then looked at me.

"What is it?" I grabbed her hands and pulled her close to me.

"Ok don't be mad when I say this but I like you a lot and its been a while now since I've ever felt like this. I could never like the girls at school because they aren't you. Your so beautiful to me and you make me smile everyday. You give me a reason to wake up and go to school with a smile on my face." I felt her hands start to tremble and she slowly pulled her hands away from mine. Before she could say anything I crashed my lips on hers. Her lips are so soft and tastes like strawberries.

Emily's Pov

I can't believe it! He's kissing me and I'm letting this happen! Why would he admit he has feelings for me?! Me of all people! This can't be happening! I mean yeah he's cute and all but he's my best friend since pre K! I gotta get away from him! With all the strength I had I pushed him away from me. He looked surprised but I could see tears start rolling down his cheeks.

"Why would you do that?! We're supposed to be best friends! You obviously like that pig Mackenzie and you just want to play with my feelings! Please don't ever do that again and don't lie to me about you liking me."

"But Em I'm trying to tell you that I-"

"That you what? You love me? As if that could be true! Dylan I've seen the way you've treated your past girlfriends and you've always told them you've loved them! What makes you think I would believe that crap!" I instantly stomped away from him but then that's when the tears started coming out. I'm such a horrible person! He's never gonna talk to me or forgive me ever again! I wish I would just die!

Little did Emily know her wish was coming true very soon.
