March 19th, 1975, in Richmond. Virginia. A man by the name of Chuck Kernaghan was murdered in his home. It's believed that his body was thrown from a boat, but that's just police speculation, as Chuck's body has never been found.

Soon, an investigation began, and a name popped up: Leo Koury. Koury was a church volunteer, softball coach, and a loving husband and father. But soon, investigators discovered that Koury had a criminal record, including having a competitor nightclub owner killed and hiring thugs to terrorize rival establishments. An incident at a rival club ended in 1 person, Albert Thomas, being killed, with others being injured. He was also at the center of an extensive racketeering enterprise. A police investigation, including a former associate of Leo Koury named Eddie Loehr, ended in Koury being indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges. But before the indictment, Koury vanished. 6 months later, on April 20th,1979, he was placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List.

(Koury's case appeared on the January 20th, 1987 episode.)

In 1991, in San Diego, California, a man at the Villa View Community Hospital named William Franklin Biddle passed away from a Cerebral Hemorrhage. Soon, Koury's nephew called the police, saying that an anonymous call said that Koury had passed but believed he may be going under a different name, as he was a fugitive. Soon, the FBI used fingerprint data to make a match. The case of the missing Leo Koury was quickly closed.

Leo Koury was 56 years old at the time of his death.
