I walked out of my room, looking at a text message from someone who was thanking me for helping them with their financial portfolio. I stopped in front of Sam and Jay's door, knocking at the wrong time, and sighed as both of them opened the door, seemingly in the middle of an argument, "Wonderful." Jay looked at me, "She's not listening to me." Sam pointed at Jay and looked at me, "He's not listening to me."

The ghosts behind us were interested and I raised an eyebrow, "What should I be agreeing with?" Jay pointed at Sam, "I want to fix the roof." Sam scoffed, "I want to fix the fountain." I raised an eyebrow and they both grabbed my arms, yanking me to the kitchen. Sam smiled, "So imagine, you're a guest driving up to our B&B and the first thing you see is the giant gleaming fountain."

Jay nodded, "Look, babe, nobody loves a fancy fountain more than I do, but...I think we need to focus on the bigger picture...Which is the roof." I sat there in a kitchen chair with my laptop on the table as Trevor stood behind me with his hands on my shoulders. All the ghosts started cheering and Sam snapped, "Please be quiet!" Jay frowned, "Excuse me, am I not allowed to have an opinion?" I looked up at Jay, "All the ghosts are in here and are loving the argument. Sam doesn't really want them to be in on this, but she doesn't have a choice."

Jay looked at Sam, "Look, I didn't want to bring this up, but...I did give in on moving here for you." Thor scoffed, "Somebody's playing card of guilt." Jay continued, "I gave up my job. I gave up my friends." Sam smiled, "I know, and I appreciate you." I groaned loudly, causing Sam and Jay to look at me, "Okay. How about this? I crunched the numbers." Sam nodded, "And?" I looked at Jay, "Financially, you two should do the roof." Sam looked hurt, "Mags-" Jay smiled, "Thank you, Financial Advisor." I raised a finger, "But, Sam. If you and I do this together. I will be spending money on this place so it's not just you two." Sam smiled widely, "Are you saying what I think you are saying?"

Jay nodded, "I think she is." I smiled, "I'll take care of the fountain." Sam squealed and hugged me, "Thank you!" Jay smiled and mouthed 'Thank you' to me when Sam wasn't looking.

Pete came walking into my office and smiled, "Maggie, could you do something for me? Could you look up the Mets scores for me from the last thirty-seven years?" Trevor sat beside me, "And I'd like to know how all my stocks performed after I died. My big three were Circuit City, Enron, and Blockbuster." I hissed through my teeth, "Hate to break it to you, Hot Rod. Enron filed for bankruptcy in 2001 with less than a dollar worth in stocks. Circuit City went into bankruptcy in 2009 because BestBuy was becoming more popular and Blockbuster went bankrupt in 2013 because of Netflix." Trevor stared at me, "So I have nothing?" I smiled sadly, "Sorry."

I looked at Pete, "And for you the last thirty-five years worth of scores. 1986 League Champs Series Win four to two against Houston Astros. 1986 World Series Win four to three against the Red Sox. 1988 League Series Loss three to four against the Dodgers. 1999 League Divisionals Win three to one against the Arizona Diamondbacks. 1999 League Champs Series Loss two to four against the Atlanta Braves. 2000 League Divisionals Win three to one against the Giants. 2000 League Champs Win four to one against the Cardinals. 2000 World Series loss one to four against the Yankees. 2006 League Divisionals Win three zero to the Dodgers. 2006 Champs Series loss three to four against the Cardinals. 2015 Divisionals win three to two against the Dodgers. 2015 Champs series win against the Cubs four to none. 2015 World Series loss against the Kansas City Royals one to four. 2016 Wild Card Game loss zero to one against the Giants. In 1986, they had their best season winning 108 wins."

Pete stood there with his mouth dropped and I nodded, "It was pretty good." Pete smiled, "Thanks! Oh! How many RBIs did Keith Hernandez have in '87?" I smiled, "Eighty-nine." Pete cheered and Sam ran in, "They are driving me crazy!" Alberta followed Sam in talking along with Sass at the same time. Sam huffed, "Guys! I get that it's cool that you have access to a Living now, but you cannot just bombard me with questions all day. So, why don't you choose two representatives, and those persons- and those persons only- can come to us with requests." I looked behind Sam to see the contractor and I smiled, standing up, "Good Morning, Mark! How are you today?"
