After orientation, Crowley had brought Xiao and I to the library, as it was the closest place that would be empty, while I had told Grim to wait for us outside.

"Now then, please explain what the mirror meant." Crowley said as I sighed, looking over at Xiao, who nodded.

"Very well. As per your answer to my question about Teyvat, I have reason to believe we are in a world other than our own, so I have no need to be discreet with the one who can help us at this time." I said as I stood.

Focusing my flow of energy through my body, my horns and tail appeared back on my body.

"Horns and a tail?" He questioned.

"Sir Crowley, what is your opinion on dragons?" I asked with a small smile, revealing my fangs.

"Dragons are powerful monsters with a large amount of magical energy. Even the strongest mages have difficulty besting one." He said as I laughed.

"I see, I see, so if I were to tell you I was one such creature, how would you react?" I asked, sitting back down as I crossed my legs.

"I'd say you're bluffing." He said.

Xiao frowned.

"Do not accuse her of lying." Xiao growled with a glare as Crowley backed away.

I sighed.

"Xiao and I come from a world known as Teyvat. In that world, my brother and I are both considered to be gods." I said, taking a deep breath as Crowley's eyes widened.

"Xiao, however, is an adeptus known as the Vigilant Yaksha. He is a non-human being which serves the God, or in this case, the Gods of Liyue, which is the nation my brother and I reside over."

"And the darkness the mirror mentioned?" Crowley inquired.

"That ties into his past as well as his curent duty. His duty is to rid Liyue of as many evil spirits as possible, but that takes a toll on his soul, as he is the only one remaining who can take on this task." I said.

"He has something of a condition known as Karmic Debt, which is caused by the fragments of hatred which splinter off of the vengeful souls he vanquishes. Those fragments cause him immense pain over time as they build up." I said as Xiao nodded.

"The reason he is still able to think for himself and move without constant and immense pain, is because I took it upon myself to take him in and convinced my brother to help me cure him of his pain whenever it becomes unbearable." I said.

"So the two god-like lights that the mirror mentioned were..."

"My brother and I, yes." I said as I folded my hands together.

"And that leads to my question. Do you have anyone capable of purification on your campus, or will my little adeptus be in danger if I were to go somewhere else?" I asked with narrowed eyes.

Crowley began sweating buckets.

"Well, I-"

"If not, then I will simply have to remain here with him at all times." I said.
