Sans lay on the floor. His head was busted open by his mentor and "Friend". Everyone in town simply watched, sad, knowing expressions on their faces. His own brother stood not too far away, watching in silence as a few rough tears left his face.

Sans grunted, slowly pushing himself up. "You..." he pushed himself to stand up. "TRAITORRRRRSSSSS!!!" He yelled, a blaster appearing behind him, his blaster. As it slowly charged up.

Undyne grunted, turning swiftly, she summoned rows upon rows of purple spears before her.

It wasn't needed, however.

Sans was suddenly assaulted, his cape being grabbed as he was pulled away. "Sans!" Papyrus cried.

"Give me a second paps, im-" he tried to explain, to his brother, his other half.

His fist hurt more than the spear that pierced his soul.

Sans couldn't will himself up, laying there as he slowly dusted. "Wow paps..." he said softly. "That hurt... a lot."

Papyrus cringed, tears forming. In the corner of his eyes. "Im sorry..." he whispered.

"That brat..." he said slowly, "is only gonna lead you to your deaths. Look at what he did to his 'Best Friend'" Undyne glared at Sans, as Papyrus looked away. Rubbing tears that had slipped past his defenses.

Frisk wiped their face as well. How could they be crying when this was their fault?

After a few seconds of silence, sans grunted. "Look, I don't remember all of our past lives perfectly, i feel the frustration and hurt too." He explained softly as the blood left his lips. "It just seems like im the only one here with a semblance of mercy?" Frisk whipped away their tears from atop Undyne's shoulder.

Undyne turned away, feeling tears nip at her eyes, begging to get out. "Papyrus, are you sure you can do this?" She asked, hearing the woosh of papyrus teleporting beside her.

"... Yes, Captain." He said, raising his hand slowly towards the sky.

The dark, cloudy sky filled with lights. Dotting the sky like stars, Papyrus'es blasters filled the sky, charging up slowly.

Sans watched as they went, not acknowledging the sound of someone running to his side. "Mr royal guard! Are you alright?" A childish voice asked him.

Papyrus seemed to hesitate for a few seconds, as undyne sent him a look.

"Can I get you and your brother's autographs?"

Before the boy could ask another question, the sound of the blasters firing brought his attention upwards. All the village people, humans, and monsters alike looked at the beams that shot toward them.

Sans lifted his head, looking at The kid at his side. He decided then he knew what had to be done.

Raising a hand, bones formed around them, shielding them in complete darkness before the beams hit.

XGaster, The Xevent, it doesn't matter. Sans would make them see the right way to go about everything.

The beams hit the floor, disintegrating everything in its path as it killed hundreds. Destroying the city in its wake as well.
