Run!
I forced my little legs to run faster as it starts to ache from running for 9 hours. My lungs burned from lack of oxygen and everything passed by like a blur as tears starts to cloud my vision.
Faster!
Loud growls were heard from a distance as paws pounded through the ground making my heart pump more blood than normal. 'I can't let them get me!' I jumped over a fallen log and dodging trees not minding the small cuts made by tree branches.
As I slowly starts to lose hope, my ears picked up a sound of running water nearby. I smiled through gritted teeth as I spotted a river, no, a falls!
I glanced back to see three huge wolves from the distance, their fangs showing as their growl sounded through the forest. I smirked at them whilst tears streaming down my cheeks and stands at the end of the falls. When they're at over ten meters distance from me, I bit my lip and jumped with closed eyes waiting for the impact and the coldness of deep water.
