As I sit down to pen the opening pages of this new chapter in my life, I can't help but reflect on the whirlwind that was senior high school. It was a journey marked by highs and lows, laughter and tears, victories and defeats. From navigating the complexities of academics to forging deep bonds with friends who became family, every experience left an indelible mark on my soul.
In senior high, two names resonate deeply within me: Mark and Carlos. Mark, my trusted friend, had already ventured into the realm of college, diving headfirst into the complexities of accountancy. His absence was felt, yet his spirit lingered in the memories we shared. Then there's Carlos, my steadfast companion since childhood, bonded by our mutual love for gaming. Together, we laughed, conquered virtual worlds, and dreamed of the future. But as we stood on the brink of a new chapter, fate threw us a curveball - the COVID-19 pandemic. Suddenly, the world stopped, and our dreams were put on hold. Even though we didn't get to walk across a stage, I'm grateful that we still graduated.
