Lucy did not seem to know what to say as she gaped but followed behind me as I led the way to a restaurant that looked familiar. Honestly, Lucy had always been my favorite character outside of the few men I was all but in love with when this was an anime.

So, I wanted to be her friend.

Which was easily done from how nice and sweet she could be as we settled at a booth to begin ordering with Natsu and Happy opposite us.

Both of whom could not seem to control themselves as the food began to arrive.

Natsu had always seemed to think more with his stomach than anything else.

"I've heard so much about you," breathed out Lucy, all but vibrating in her seat. "They talked about you being a high-ranking Celestial Mage along with having worked with all of the top members of Fairy Tail!"

It was not really a lie considering how much effort and time I had put into bettering myself in the last two years of being a Fairy Tail mage.

Which was made easier since Erza, and even Natsu and Gray, were willing to help me.

"Then you're going to love that she's S-class," added Natsu making me send him a droll look that had him grinning at me. "Beat out a few others who people believed would have gotten it as well."

That had been a surprise, and not something I had suspected, to be nominated for so quickly since I had not been there for more than a year at that time. But Erza, and Laxus to my surprise, had both nominated me to Master which all but secured me a spot in the S-class trials.

Ever since then it had been an uphill battle of training and then winning once it had started.

I had won and earned my S-class title much to my shock and happiness. There might have been tears, before I was grinning and snagging a job to take on with Natsu and Happy to celebrate.

Neither Erza nor Laxus had seemed surprised that I had gained the S-class rank.

"Anyway," I cut back in making Natsu pout and Happy giggle.

Lucy was too busy gaping at me in shock considering it had not yet been mentioned in any article, as I had wanted it. That would be changing soon considering how often I had been taking S-class jobs which had the effect of having me be asked for specifically by clients.

It had been an amazing feeling to realize that.

"What brings you to Hargeon?"

"I'm making my way to Fairy Tail," admitted Lucy with a sheepish smile while looking down toward the table with a small blush. "It has always been the guild I had wanted to join since I was young."

"Well, after we're done here," I began with a friendly smile. "We can head back to Fairy Tail and have you meet the Master."

"Why can't we go now?" asked Natsu brow furrowed.

"Because I took a job once I knew where you wanted to go," I answered with a slight roll of my eyes causing Natsu to give a small huff in return.

It had not surprised me that there was one concerning women going missing allowing us to actually make some money for dealing with the fraud named Bora.

"This should be a bit simpler for us to do compared to some of our other jobs."

"Then I'll let you two get to it," added Lucy, a vibrant smile on her face as she glanced between Natsu and myself. "Unless I can help in any way?"

"We actually met the man I believe is behind this," I answered with a hum before turning to face her more. "Do you think you can play decoy and allow him to invite you onto his yacht with me?"
