*** Chapter 5 ***

The rest of the day Seungmin was zoning out. His only concern was the past wouldn't replay. Even during lunch time, he didn't joined the talk much.

"Hey pup. You alright?" Minho looked concerned.

"Y-yeah. I'm alright. What were you guys talking about by the way?"

"We are talking about the new guy. He seemed pretty handsome. We were betting if he is a rival to Minho hyung and Hyunjin." Jisung replied with his mouth stuffed with food.

"Besides he also seems nice guy." Jeongin added.

"Not all guy with good looks have good personality." Seungmin mumbled so that no one hears him, but Minho did as he was sitting next to him really close.

"Are you sure Minnie?" Minho again asked, made sure others didn't hear other than Seungmin.

"Yes hyung. Don't worry. Just study pressure."

Minho seemed unconvinced but he didn't want to push the younger much, so he stopped talking on this and focused on his lunch.

Rest of the lunch, they all talked and joked around, but Seungmin didn't. Though he tried, but he would easily zone out.

Timeskip: after school

"Hey Minnie. Wanna hangout now?" Felix asked packing his backpack.

"Sorry lix. I'm not feeling well and I have much study to cover. So I decided to go back home first."

"Is your mom gonna pick you up?"

"No. I decided to walk back home since mom told me to go to aunt's house which is near."

"How about I give you a ride back home?" Felix offered.

"No lix. Thank you but I want to walk back. It is good to have a day exception."

"Yeah. Okay then, I'll see you tomorrow. Right?"

"Yeah. See you tomorrow."

Felix and Seungmin bade each other. Seungmin went towards the exit and Felix went to join the group.

"So any plans for today?"

"Yeah. We were thinking of going to the cafe to study together. Btw where's Seungmin?." Chan asked.

"Well, he said he will go back home first as he wasn't feeling well. He will join some other time." Felix replied.

"He seemed off the whole day." Changbin said.

"Not all day. At first he was all fine. But after that ...." Felix paused.

"After what?" Minho raised an eyebrow.

"Well, nothing. So everyone down?"

Everyone nodded.

"Well, you guys ahead. I'm also going back first." Minho said walking towards the exit.

"Uh, this lover boyy~~" hyunjin sang and everyone laughed.

Seungmin exited the school building, walking absent mindedly.

"What took you so long puppy? I  have waiting for a while."

Seungmin saw a smirking Eric standing by his car.

He tried to avoid him and  started walking away. But Eric held him by his wrist.

"What's the hurry? Or did you forget me after getting so many friends?"

"None of your business. Now let go of me?" Seungmin was clearly getting uncomfortable.

Eric was about to say something but stopped when he heard someone calling Seungmin.

Eric and Seungmin both looked that way and saw Minho running towards them.

Minho's brow furrowed when he saw Eric holding Seungmin's wrist and Seungmin's uncomfortableness.

He took Seungmin's wrist off Eric's hand and intertwined their fingers.

Seungmin started blushing. He also thanked Minho in his mind.

Before Eric could even say something Minho started walking in the opposite way.

Seungmin was still a blushing mess.

"Wanna stop by the park?" Minho asked.

Seungmin just nodded looking at his shoes, hoping Minho doesn't see him blushing like a madman.

They went to the park. They sat on a bench. In the park some kids were playing, some old people were taking a walk and some couples were having a picnic date.

They remained sitting in the bench enjoying the view and the nature.

Suddenly Minho stood up. He told seungmin to wait for a while and ran to somewhere, leaving a confused Seungmin.

After a while, Minho came back. Seungmin jumped in excitement as he saw the older holding ice cream in his hand.

Minho chuckled at the youngers cuteness.

They sat in the comfortable silence, enjoying there ice cream.

Seungmin was having vanilla flavoured ice cream and Minho's one was chocolate flavoured.

"Hyung, can I taste your?" Seungmin gave him puppy eyes.

Minho's heart melt at this point, how could he deny the younger?

"Yeah. Take some." Minho forwarded the ice cream in his hand. Seungmin licked it from a side.

"It's also tasty." His eyes shone brightly and Minho cooed at the youngers cuteness.

Minho noticed some cream on the lips, so he leaned in to clean it for the younger.
