Smells Like You

Chapter 1:- Pilot

They say, "How can love, wonderstruck someone?"
If they would have seen you from my eyes they would have known that love can wonderstruck.
After the summer holidays had ended and I remembered it very well, "It was the first day of our high school after the summer holidays when I saw Pam again for the first time with those cute little bangs, she had got specs on too and braces in her teeth." I was wonderstruck how someone can change that much in holidays. I would say she had become prettier than she ever was (chuckling).

[Pam:- Did he said I become prettier than I ever was after the holidays? (smiling and making faces)].

She was always the smartest girl and I was always a dumb fellow (laughs). I was always afraid to go and talk to her. What if I make it obvious you know. What if she knew? What will happen? I was just curious every time before I made a move. Like we didn't even talk. The only time we talked was when we had an annual day. She politely told me to not sit pointing at the seats where her parents were going to sit. It was two years prior. She used to always read this one book named 'Adventures of Huckleberry Finn' I totally remember it.

She was always the calmest student and I was always the goofy one. I bet she doesn't even know me. She doesn't even remember that annual day incident,does she? Does she even know my name? I used to always come up with such questions and wonder but God soon gave me all the answers.
When our 1st semester got over the 2 weeks went well after that but when we got to see the results it was a blizzard for me as I failed in 3 subjects and it was the most hectic day as I was grounded for 3 weeks. So I have only one place to go and that was the school. The next day at school the teacher called my name , Jim, take your things and come out I am going to change your place so you won't fool around. I was irritated but soon all my emotions felt like explosions.

[Pam:- He told me that I was bursting with laughter].

[Jim:- She was laughing like an idiot but she was cute though].

[(Remember Paresh Rawal's meme from 'Chup Chup Ke') that was the reaction I had that day as I was sitting beside the person who I was afraid of the most and also I was in love the most at the same time. (I was traumatized to be exact)].

If I would have known that the teacher was going to swap my place I would have studied a lot better (I wouldn't). [Jim:- I wouldn't have studied to be honest...Yeah].

[He wouldn't have studied at all even if he knew that his place was going to be changed. I have seen him for years. He is so lazy. Fun fact, Snail is faster than him. (Pam smiles widely)]

The teacher interchanges my place so Pam could help me in my studies.
