At the stroke of midnight a girl was slowly drifting off to sleep. Little did she know she was going on a grand adventure. Once she was fully asleep she found herself in a world that wasn't her own, now she must make her way back home but how will she do it? Let's find out…
Blossom's pov:
I opened my eyes only for them to be hit with vibrant colors and brightness coming from all around me. I raised my hand to block the light but it was no use. The sun was shining more brightly than anything possible and the world seemed to be glowing. Perhaps because of the fact there were not only two, but three stars within the sky.
The three suns. I groaned before getting up from my position on the floor. While dusting myself off, I looked around to see if there was any civilization around me. There was no-one and nothing to be seen in sight for miles to come. I sighed loudly and began walking towards a tree I found calmly and pretty. With each step the grass below seemed to crunch beneath my feet.
I found that weird as grass usually wouldn't crunch, or my universe's grass wouldn't crunch beneath my every step. I then stopped for a moment thinking, 'Am I awake or am I asleep? I remember it being dark for a short moment before I woke up here, so I must be asleep.' How come it feels all so real and it's too vivid to be a dream.
I thought to myself as I stood there. I then saw from the corner of my eye rapid movement within the tall grass. Logically I then started running towards the tree that was my original destination however whatever it was caught up to me. It jumped high and put its body on top of me in an effort to keep me pinned down to the ground.
I tried to wiggle my way out from under the giant beast but when I tried it simply looked at me and started to lick my face. I could kind of see what it was and it appeared to be a giant dog however it had a peculiar color, that color being green, some shades of purple, and yellow.
Nonetheless it was a beautiful dog. I then gently tried pushing it off me. It took a while but soon I successfully made my way out from under the great, big, and fuzzy dog. I then got up and dusted myself off again. I then turned towards the dog and looked down and stared into its eyes.
The dog then suddenly howled then ran in circles around me, making me quite dizzy. Soon the dog stopped and flopped down on the dirt floor. The dog then rolled over before getting back up then sitting down and looking at me. I giggled then went over and petted the dog. The dog returned the kind gesture with a lick and a wag of his tail.
"Hey dog do you know where I can find shelter?" I kindly asked the dog, of course the dog only tilted his head in confusion, not understanding a single word that came out of my mouth. I still smiled at the dog but that smile soon faded, as the dog looked oddly familiar even with the strange vibrant colors.
He looked like my dog, Baxter, back home. I should understand by now that this isn't a dream but a whole new alternate universe that I've been pulled into for whatever strange and magical reason. After thinking for a while I returned my focus and attention to the dog and continued to pet him until I thought of a way of getting out of here and back to my world again but there was little change of that happening.
I knew that the only way for me to return home was to go to sleep and wake up. Though the problem was that I was not in my body. I was stuck in this "pretend" world. "Think Blossom! Think!" I shouted to myself while tugging on my hair in frustration. The dog whined too in frustration, but mainly concerned for me. Why me? I'm not his universe's Blossom.
I'm some other Blossom. Thinking about it, he may think that I'm his Blossom and not some other random Blossom. I then sighed and breathed in then started making my way through the thick tall grass that I found myself in. The dog was also following me, perhaps to protect me from whatever dangerous things might be here.
