Mr.McQuarter;s voice knocked me out of my own thoughts as he clearly demanded us to take a seat. The strange idiot glared at me without breaking concentration. His nostrils flared and his chest was raising and falling as if he was furious at me. I groaned and pushed him back instantly without thinking of respect or any type of polite gesture. He didn't deserve it, he didn't deserve anything.

I rolled my eyes and walked right passed the idiot, took a seat and waited for my professor to start teaching. I placed my book on the desk and slumped in to hide my face from the staring students.

"Now, as I was saying....When people claimed Christopher Columbus wanted to find the world's most important history nugget, they could have been lying...."

I rolled my eyes again and sucked my teeth. I can't believe I took this debate class. It was boring as shit and the topics brought up for debate was shitty. I had noticed the dumb run-into-guy found a seat behind me but adjacent to my seat. Everyone changed the page, I sat there with it still on the one I was still reading.

"Baby girl"

I heard a whisper but didn't turn around. I was used to men hitting on me but not the good-looking ones, probably one that had a huge ass dum-dum head or another one with acne as clear as a peperoni pizza.

"B-a-b-y g-i-r-l"

I heard once more and turned to see this set of blue glowing eyes staring at me. I blinked twice...there's no way a human's eyes could be glowing that way or anything if it existed.

"W-What? I mean, my name is...." I stuttered for a minute before I realized what I was doing.

"Your name is trouble!" The professor said pointing to the door. "Get Out!"

Did I say that too loud? I groaned at myself and slammed my book. What the fuck was wrong with me? I never got into problems in class but today it was hard to avoid it with this freak messing with me.

"You too, Gathan!"

It was all he wanted because a smile played perfect on his face displaying his perfect smile. I gathered my books in my bag and left the room before he could slide out his seat which he wasn't completely in and follow me.

"Stupid professor, stupid boy...stupid---"

"I don't appreciate you calling me stupid----girl." He rushed beside me, and I gritted my teeth and kept it moving. I needed somewhere to go for at least an hour in a half until my next class. I thought....the library.

"You're wondering how I knew what you were saying?" He laughed and I stopped in my steps to turn and face him.

"Tell me" I raised a brow, ready for the bullshit.

"Well, I can read minds, of course." He smirked and I groaned and turned to walk away.

I don't know if I wanted him to say he was psychic or something, but I was pissed about getting sent out of class when I had to maintain a perfect grade and now, I was walking around with him...someone who was possibly used to getting in fuckin' trouble and making horrible grades.

"Damn, it's like that baby girl?"

"Stop calling me that and what-the-what?"

I reached for the door, but he rushed it and I just stood there watching him as he held it open for me. The sun gave him great justice for his looks...I noticed how the light gave his longish brown hair and greenish eyes a nice glow. His blue plaid shirt was rolled up at the arms and the pure white tee underneath was without spot or blemish. I notice his arms was rather muscular too. I bit my bottom lip, and he snapped his fingers.

"You coming or are you going to keep gawking' at me girl?"

I snapped out of stupid and rushed through the door. The wind blew just before I passed him and his scent nearly knocked me to the ground in fact, I think I was now wishing I didn't hate him.

I had to walk to the library which was at the front of campus.

"What's your name?" He finally spoke after we'd been walking for nearly a minute now.

"I'm going to the library, isn't there a place you gotta go?"

"Yeah, where you're going." He chuckled.

"Can't you stop following me? I don't even know you!" I pushed my steps further.

"I asked you a question."

"And I don't want to answer!" I retorted.

He growled and grabbed my wrist pulling me towards him. "Be nice...I don't tolerate mouthing off."

We stared at one another a minute before I busted out laughing. "I'm not a kid."

"Stop the laughing...you think I'm a joke?" He started to huff and puff like the big bad wolf.

I stopped laughing and tried to get out of his grip but no avail. "Let me go" I demanded, remembering the entire morning was his fault.

"Fine" He shoved my hand back into my stomach and I lost my balance and tripped. Before I knew it, my head hit the ground on a stone and .......

*GATHAN*

"Fuck!"

I looked around and no one was near me or my mate. I lifted her in my arms and took off running until the atmosphere became secluded and we were surrounded by trees.

I sensed her a week ago and when I saw her, the pack and I had been on one of our perimeter checks. My body went crazy and something felt agitated ....wrong. It was then I walked a little further to see the college we had been fighting to keep from being built, held my little mate.

She was absolutely gorgeous and when I looked at her, it made my cock hard instantly. I finally had her in my arms and I was bringing her home to meet a pack doctor...way to go Gathe.

I pulled her closer to my chest, her heart was beating faint, and her skin was cool. I don't think she knew what she was by the way she was treating me, and I don't even know how she was mixed up in the human world. I demanded my beta to speak to the president, whom was a werewolf himself, to get me a spot in three of her classes. I was irritated with the stupid human girls trying to flirt with me in the debate class, I left. Not even knowing she'd run slap into me. Maybe I was too rough on her, maybe I didn't realize she'd allow herself to fall much less hit her head on the concreate.

"Alpha!"

I heard one of the healers call for me. They heard right, thank goodness for my gifts.

"She's human, don't tell her anything...just let me take her inside and you guys help her." I lifted her to my chest once more and noticed a warm liquid bathing my shirt.

"Oh fuck! She's bleeding!" I panicked. I couldn't have killed my mate, please God no!

Please!

"Gathan, what's going on?" My father asked.

"I...she, this is my mate and I messed up." I was damn near in tears but I didn't want my father or my pack to see me crying.

"Really, Son!!"

My head was starting to hurt, and we aren't even mated yet. I hated the fact I could hear everything from everyone, including ones that didn't mean shit to me like a whole classroom full of people. Luckily the moon goddess blessed me with looks. I looked just like my father and my mother; she passed on years ago. Since then, my father decided to make my life a living hell.

"She'll be fine, let's get her to the pack hospital." Gretchen said, she was a life saver and my father's comfort.

"Axel, calm down" She rubbed his arm, and he nodded taking a deep breath.

I ignored my father and proceeded to the hospital with my beautiful mate.

Please don't let her hate me for this....
