 This story has manipulation :D

It's another day at school. Today Kazuki and Haruto are going to pick me up later because I have after school study sessions with my best friend Yui. She's the nicest and prettiest person that I have ever met. We have a lot of similar classes together and similar hobbies (Like playing badminton, reading sci-fi books, playing video games, volunteering at an animal rescue because she likes dogs and more) so we are basically together all the time.

We tell each other practically everything and I think the amount of time we spend together caused some kids at school to start shipping us and posting pictures of us on the internet which is kind of embarrassing because I do like her more than a friend but I'm not sure how to say it. When I mention these pictures to her and the rumors, she just shakes it off and says we're just friends. Ouch.

Deep down, I really want to tell her everything that I feel. How I would love to be a part of her family and still be together even after graduation. We're graduating next year and she wants to go to a university far away from town and we might stop being friends after that which makes me really sad since she's the only friend I have.

Anyways, class goes by pretty smoothly and Yui and I meet up in the school library to do homework. Things were going alright. I was speeding through homework and Yui was stuck on a few math problems but that's okay.

"Is this the answer, Shiro? Shiro! What are you daydreaming about?"

I snapped out my thoughts. I was thinking about Katsunori and what he meant about using my body until Yui called out to me.

"Uhh, nothing. Here let me see."

I could feel her stare right at me and I could help but feel my cheeks turn red so I covered my face with the math worksheet and hoped the paper wouldn't turn transparent under the light. Why is she staring right at me? Am I weird? She doesn't think I'm weird right?

"Shiro, is something troubling you?" Yui finally said.

I was about done checking her work when she said that.

"Umm, no, it's okay."

"You know you're a really bad liar right?" Yui grabbed my hand and held it in hers and continued "You're sweating so much, see, your hands are becoming clammy. That's the first sign of someone lying."

I was thinking about Katsunori but now all I could think about was Yui and how her hands held mine.

"Come on! Just tell me. If you don't tell me I'm going to be angry." She then proceeds to do the cutest pout ever and I felt like I was going to faint right then and there.

"No." I said. Why did I say that? That's so mean!

"Hmph!"

"Alright then but I have to tell you somewhere private." I didn't want everyone to know that I was being stalked by a demon.

"Alright. We can use the unisex bathroom down the hall." Yui suggested.

We put the homework in the folder and the folder in the bookbag (we left the bookbag because we're coming back) and walked down to the unisex bathroom and closed the door.

"Alright. So, why do you want to speak to me privately? Do you like me?" Yui said

How did she know? What if Yui could secretly read minds?

"Ha ha," Perhaps an awkward laugh can fix everything? "Of course not." That was such a lie.

"Okay then what happened?"

"So umm...I'm getting stalked by this guy and apparently he is this demon guy named Katsunori that almost destroyed the world and he says he needs to use my body or something. I'm so scared Yui. I'm so scared about what he might do or what's going to happen."
