Klaus has turned into a hybrid and he and casey got close he even spend a lot of time with her and dahiliah.
He daggered his brother after elijah saved him from getting killed and he lied to him and put him back in a coffin.
So klaus was now gonna get ready to leave for the summer and make hybrids so he toke stefan with him.

Casey:Hi nik I heard you were leaving so why are you still here
Klaus:coming to say bye to my favorite girls
Casey:well she is napping right now very cranky and sick
Klaus:poor baby I hope she feels better soon and I hope you get some rest with her being so moody
Casey:me too but I have a lot of people helping me out so I think I am gonna be just fine
Klaus:I will stay in touch love see you when I get back
