Next morning, everything was ready as driver put Ishan's suitcase inside the car while ishan stood infront of his mom, wearing a boring look on his face.

"Mom...i'm not going to stay there forever, you know? " ishan let out as his mom keep instructing him for silly things.

To which Mrs.Gill smacked his head, making ishan rub his head while pouting at her.

"You are going out alone for the first time and given how clumsy you are,  how can I stop myself from feeling worried? Even Shubman will not be there to take care of you, this is making me more anxious..." Mrs.Gill said as she looked a little concerned.

Hearing Shubman's name Ishan's heart shuddered. He hate how older's name alone is effecting him this much, even when older is not with there with him.

Actually Shubman had an important meeting so he left early. Saying sorry to ishan as he won't be able to drop him at school today.

"I'm not a kid mom and besides mayank will be there with me, so no need to worry about me. And about shub, he has his own life too, you know, you can't always push him to take care of me...." Ishan replied seriously, sounding a little angry?

Mrs.Gill frowned at his words. Something seems off with ishan's tone.

"What's with you today? Did you had fight with Shubman?" Mrs.Gill asked, confused.

Only then ishan realised that he behaved a little oddly, so he immediately put on a smile and replied,

"Nothing mom...I was just rambling, don't pay any mind to it..."

Mrs.Gill looked a little unconvinced but still she nodded, ishan took a sigh of relief before hugging his mom.

"I'm off then...and Try not to miss me much while i'm away..." Ishan teased as he pulled away from hug.

"Who said i will miss you, at all?..." Mrs.Gill lied while rolling her eyes at him.

Ishan chuckled and get inside the car, soon the car left from there. Ishan peeked his head out from car window and waved at his mom, who also waved back with a small smile.

The buses were already parked infront school as teachers guided students to get inside their respective bus.

Soon ishan also reached there and spotted mayank, who waved at him excitedly. Ishan smiled and walked to the mentioned boy.

"Is this our bus?" Ishan asked pointing at the bus, parked behind them.

"Yeah...wait your brother didn't come to drop you today?" Mayank asked as he saw Ishan's car leaving from there.

Now ishan start getting irritated. No matter how hard he tries to not let his mind wander towards Shubman, people around him just keep reminding him of older.

"Not you too! Why everyone keep asking about him? What's so unusual about it if he didn't come to drop me school one day? It's not like his life revolves around me only...he have other things to do too..." Ishan couldn't control his annoyance.

"From what i can see, His life does revolves around only you.."

Although mayank wanted to say that thought aloud but looking at Ishan's expression he chose against it and fall silent.

Ishan sighed as he looked at mayank. He felt a little guilty. He just can't let out his frustration on other.

"I'm sorry... It's just i'm feeling a little cranky these days, Always get annoyed and irritated for nothing...it's Just..." Ishan said softly.
