As soon as Tyla landed in LA,she called her mother to let her know that she arrived safely.Tyla then took a cab to the hotel and booked in.She went to her room, freshened up before going to Epic Records.

"You must be Tyla?",asked Johnathan."That's me", replied Tyla, smiling."Please follow me",said Johnathan before Tyla followed him to his office."Please have a seat",said Johnathan and that exactly what Tyla did."So I've heard your song Getting Late and I think you have a phenomenal voice",said Johnathan."Thank you",says Tyla."Would you consider signing with us?",asked Johnathan."Of course.That's why I'm here", replied Tyla."Alright then",said Johnathan, handing her a pen and the contract.Tyla signed it before handing it back to them."Welcome to Epic Records,Ms Seethal.Have you brought a demo with you?",asked Johnathan."Yes,I have.It's called Water and I've been thinking of recording the full song", replied Tyla, handing the tape to him.Johnathan put the tape in before pressing play.

"I love it.When do you plan to record the final version?",asked Johnathan."As soon as possible", replied Tyla."That's good.Your manager is on his way right now so I can introduce you to him",said Johnathan.Someone then entered the room."Here he is.Tyla,this is your new manager Brandon Hixon.Brandon,this is your new client Tyla", introduced Johnathan."Hey",greeted Brandon,hugging her."Hi",greeted Tyla, returning the hug."You can start on your song whenever you feel you want to",said Johnathan."Thank you,Mr Williams for giving me this opportunity.It's always been one of my dreams to sign with a record label and make music",says Tyla,before leaving.
