"I know exactly why you brought him here"

"And I suggested that you be focused on it"

Jade said calmly as he looked at the lotus seeds in front of him. As if he was not bothered by what he just said earlier.

"And why is it you want to help me anyway? As if you have an idea on whatever my business is"

Zee said with a frown in his face. There's a hint of sarcasm in his voice as if he was in disbelief.

"You were Mrs. Ping one and only grandson...and you really think your grandma's gonna let you die just like that? I just didn't want to see her being sad"

As Zee heard what Jade said earlier he fell silent, now he feels this overwhelming feeling in his chest. That's right, Zee was his grandma's one and only family, the same goes for Zee. Unfortunately they just lost connection with their other relatives and got no idea just where they were now.

"I see...but as you see, I also don't wanna die either. It was my life that was on bet, I'm trying to do something here"

"I know... that's why I said that you should be focused on it now. It's been more than 2 weeks y'all here... Aren't you worried about that? Since you still didn't get any answer from Chawarin"

Jade said as a slight smirk appeared on his face. And that somehow makes Zee irritated a bit.

"Soon he will figure out just what's the wishes that he needs to fulfill. You think why am I bringing him back to Chiang Rai? It was to trigger his memory "

Zee said as he rowed the boat, slowly back to the small deck.

"Yes, sure I know about that but..are you just gonna sit back and do nothing at all and just rely on Chawarin to remember the wishes? Then what will happen if he still doesn't remember it until 6 months later? You're just gonna accept the fate that you're gonna be dead at the time?"

As Zee hear that, he stopped rowing the boat and they stopped exactly at the middle of the lake. Zee looked at Jade in the eyes as he felt that Jade was challenging his patience right now.

"Okay...okay, you know what... Just what the heck are you trying to tell me? Stop dropping hints and beating around the bush, just what the heck do you want me to do..."

Zee said and it's clear he was serious at the time, even so there's a hint of sarcasm in his tone.

"Hah...this might come strong but I'm gonna tell this straight to you... aren't you gone too soft on Chawarin?"

Jade said as now he stared back at Zee, while Zee frowned as he was confused by what Jade said earlier.

" What?"

"I mean... aren't you spoiling him a little bit too much right now? When you already know that Chawarin was like a ticking bomb. A bomb that has a timer and the time will be over soon, and he could take your life away just like that"

And again...Zee fell silent.

"What I'm trying to say here...you should try to push him a bit...Push him to remember what he should remember...you should put boundaries between each other, to put him to his exact place where he should be..."

Now Zee was looking down, thinking about what Jade said earlier.

"P'Zee, you are a human...and Chawarin was a star that was supposed to fulfill your wishes. Don't let your guard down, act as if you are a master of a ginnie. I didn't mean to say for you to keep a distance from him...I just want you to be more aware about you and his relationship here. Y'all should act as a master and a wishing star"
