Warning: Death
I sat in a chair in the foyer, silent as Ray walked in, "Maggie, I got your message. I think it's weird-" Ray trailed off as he saw Haskell and he glared, "Haskell." Haskell smiled, "Dr. Langston. Wonderful for you to join us!" The ghosts walked in and Trevor glared, "If I was alive, I'd kill this guy." I choked on my water as Elias Woodstone walked in and Ray set a hand on my back, "Are you okay?"
Haskell hummed, "She's just still recovering from learning that she's not the sister of the beautiful Samantha." Ray stared at Haskell, "Leave Sam and Jay out of this. They are not part of this." Haskell stood up, "Ray, let's take a walk." They both left and I stood up, punching Elias in the face, "Hello, great-great-great-grandfather." Elias held his jaw, "Is she a ghost too?" Mimi shook her head, "Our granddaughter is living." Elias looked confused, "Interesting development." Pete pointed to the other room, "Who was that man who walked out with that murderer?" I sighed, "Another victim of Haskell." Alberta sighed, "I'm so sorry."
Haskell came back in with Ray, "So now that we are all on vacation, what shall we do?" I glowered, "Buy some cyanide and take turns drinking it? Haskell, you first." Haskell shook his head, "Too easy. Ah, I heard that a wedding is happening here. The guests of honor are already here. Let's say hello." I glared, "No." Ray grabbed my arm in a warning, "Magnolia." Haskell chuckled lowly, "I don't think you're in a position to make demands right now, Woodstone." Haskell walked out of the room and I looked at Ray, whispering, "This needs to end, Ray." Ray nodded, "But how?"
Hetty and Elias started arguing but I ignored them. I looked at Ray and he shook his head, "No. I won't let you." I teared up, "If I die killing him, then it's worth it." Ray shook his head again, "I won't let you do this." I pulled out my phone and texted Nicky the address and the situation, "Ray, I'm doing this and you can't stop me. I want him to die, but before he does, get him off my property. If I become a ghost, I don't want to see him for the rest of eternity. Got it?" Ray had tears in his eyes, "I can't convince you to go another way, can I?" I shook my head, tearfully, "You have been a wonderful friend, Ray."
Ray hugged me and Haskell's voice called out into the foyer, "Magnolia! Raymond! Won't you be dears and show me around?"

I walked into the same room that Sam was in with tears in my eyes, "Sam, I'm going insane." Sam jumped up and hugged me, "It will be okay. He'll leave soon." I looked out the window, "I know." Sam sounded concerned, "Mags? Are you okay?" I looked at Mimi, "What was the pain scale when you died, Mimi?" Mimi gasped, "You can't be seriously thinking about going through with that!" Sam shook me, "You can't do that!" I grabbed her arms, "Sam, think about it. If he's gone. Then the nightmares are over. I don't have to worry about you or Jay being in danger. Please let me do this."
Sam teared up, "But you may not become a ghost and Trevor's been tolerable since you two go together." Trevor walked over and hugged me, "As much as I would love for you to be a ghost, I don't want you to die." I kissed his cheek, "This is the only way to stop all of this." Sam panicked, "Shoot! Jay is about to tell Kenny that Liz hit on him." Sam ran out and Elias looked at me, "You look exactly like Hetty."
Hetty looked at Elias, "Thank god she got the looks from me and not you." I heard the doorbell ring and Nick's voice came through the house, "Nate Haskell, show yourself!" Nate came into the room and looked at me with evil in his eyes, "I thought we made a deal, Woodstone?" I snarled, "Go to hell!" Haskell launched at me and wrapped an arm around my throat, yanking me downstairs with a gun to my head.
Sam screamed as Jay held her back and Nick looked at Haskell, "Let her go." Ray ran into the room and tried to calm everyone down, "Haskell, you don't want to do this!" The ghosts followed us and Trevor looked pissed, "Let go of her!" I choked as Haskell started yanking on my neck towards the front door, "I need Magnolia's death. She's the one who got away. She should have died!" Sam started sobbing into Jay's chest and I looked at Jay, nodding, then Jay teared up, "Maggie. Please, no." Nick looked at me, "You'll be okay, Maggie."
Haskell yanked me to the door and opened it, "Say your goodbyes, everyone. Magnolia, I would love to tell you that this won't hurt, but that would be a lie." I gripped the knife that I stuffed into my pants with all my worth and turned around in Haskell's hold, shoving the knife into his liver. Haskell gasped in pain as Sam screamed and a gunshot went off. I stood there as I felt white hot pain in my chest, I looked down and saw blood in my shirt.
I collapsed to the floor, and Sam and Jay ran over, sitting on either side of me. Ray yelled at Nick, "Get him off the property, now!" The CSI team hurried and got Haskell into the car as his breathing labored. I shared one last glance with Haskell before the door slammed shut. Nick looked at me, "She needs a hospital." I looked at Nick and smiled sadly, breathing labored, "Nicky, I won't make it." Nicky sighed shakily and held my hand, "I'll miss you, Maggie." Ray teared up and held my other hand, "You will be missed. Jay, Sam. Be with her in her final moments."
The team left so Haskell could die outside of the property and I held on until Jay called saying that Haskell died. Sam sobbed as she held my head, "Maggie, please don't leave." Jay cried into my shoulder as the ghosts watched with tears in their eyes, "Mags. Don't leave us." A phone rang and Sam answered it, "Ray? All right." She put it on speaker and Jay sighed, "Haskell died two minutes ago. He's off the property, Maggie. You can rest now." Sam cried, "Thank you, Ray." Nicky spoke up, "We expect to see a funeral invite." The phone call dropped and I felt cold, "Sammy. You'll find a will in my room. I've given everything to you and Jay." Jay sniffled, "What am I going to do without you? Are you going to turn into a ghost?"
Sam wiped her face, "I guess we'll see." My breathing hitched and I couldn't feel my hands, "I love you two." Sam and Jay hugged me as I felt myself fade away. I shut my eyes and my breathing stopped. I opened my eyes and looked around at the ghosts, "Did it work?" I looked down to see my dead body and then looked at Mimi, "That's so freaky."
Trevor rushed over and kissed me, "I can't believe it." Sam gasped and looked up at me, "Maggie?" Jay looked around, "Is she here? Why didn't she go up?" Sam glared at me, "Why didn't you get sucked off?" I sighed, "I told Jay I would be by him for eternity." Pete made a noise of understanding, "That's why. She didn't want to leave you two." Mimi hugged me, "I'm sorry you died. But you're here at least."
I watched the police come and take my body away as Jay and Sam sniffled. I tried to set a hand on Jay's shoulder and he gasped looking right at me, "Maggie?" I looked shocked, "I can show myself to the living?" Sam smiled, "Like your living power. Your ghost power is that you can touch the living and show yourself to them, but only to the person you touched." I smiled, "Jay?" Jay shoved his face into my shoulder as he hugged me, "I can talk to you." I smiled, "Haskell's dead. You two are safe."
Sam smiled and hugged me, "Thank god." Trevor smirked, "Not to ruin the mood, but Lia and I can be together without anyone complaining now." Mimi sighed, "You're right Trevor. But if I find out you hurt my great-great-great-grandaughter in any way. I'll make sure you suffer." Trevor kissed my head and nodded, "Don't worry. I won't hurt her."
