Just like what Heeseung said, he indeed picked her up from her unit after dropping his friend, Riki, to Yonsei campus.
They are now in the Café Esperanza, the nearest coffee shop in the building. They are sitting across each other.
Heeseung, he is now wearing a certain shade of blue hoodie, totally different from his clothes earlier past midnight when he went to her because he 'wanted to see her'.
Meanwhile, Yeojin is wearing a simple white v-neck shirt with a SpongeBob design in the middle paired with a yellow comfy jogger. Her morning hair is being clipped up with some strands down, giving her bare face having a clear view to anyone who will look at her.
And that anyone is Heeseung.
They were eating breakfast silently. Yeojin was only focused on her hot pancakes, not uttering anything.
Heeseung lifted his left arm and rests it on the table while gently dropping the fork to get his cup of coffee. He tilted his head, eyes looking at her as he took a sip of his coffee.
As if on cue, Yeojin's eyes darted to him causing their eyes to meet for a split second as she immediately avert her gaze back to her food with wide eyes. The action caused the man to chuckle.
"You're oddly quiet, Yeojin. " He stated, raising his brows to tease her when she glanced at him. "Hmm, I'm not used to it. "
"Your fault, not mine. " That's an impulsive reply which made her bit her tongue.
"Hmm? " He sips in his coffee, eyes not leaving her. "Why is that? "
He leaned back causing Yeojin to look at his now empty plate. "What did I do, Yeojin? "
Yeojin cleared her throat and tried to change the topic. "Does your head not hurt? Are you not experiencing hangovers or anything? "
Instead of answering, Heeseung lifted his brows. And yes, Yeojin will never get tired of saying how attractive the man is.
Damn!
"I mean, " she paused. "Nevermind, you probably don't remember what happened. "
A sly smile appears in his face. "Hmm I don't like that, Yeojin. " He says, reaching for his coffee to take a sip once again.
Yeojin swallowed. "Huh? "
What did I do now?
"You assuming things. I'd rather you communicate with me than assume things and dismiss them, unattended. " He replied. "I don't like misunderstandings, Yeojin. "
"Oh.... I'm sorry. " She whispered.
"It's alright. " He gently moved his plate to the side and rests both of his ams on the table as he leaned forward. "And to correct you, I do remember what happened earlier. Past midnight, right? I went to your unit because I wanted to see you. "
Yeojin's eyes widened.
He smirked. "I told you, I was tipsy, not drunk. I remember it vividly. "
Oh my god oh my god!
Heeseung chuckled from the reaction he pulled from her. He ran his hand through his locks and finished his coffee.
"Finish that up, I'll drop you to your unit first before I go to mine. "
